It was lovely! We really enjoyed our time there.

No air conditioning, the room was really hot

Rooms were clean, exactly as in the photos. Considering that the hotel uses central heating, they are pretty warm. They are well-equipped with all the needed facilities. Indoor Swimming pool- Very cozy and clean. We arrived there by 9pm and swimming pool was supposed to close at 10pm, but they let us stay more. Amazing food- We stayed there for lunch as well. Breakfast was really good- It comes as a boufet: Typical english breakfast, pancakes, milk, coffee Exceptional peisage and fantastic nature- The green area in front of the hotel is the perfect solution for a chilling weekend for kids and adults as well. Placed in the most beatiful area of Razem, the hotel is located close to the forest. You have also several tours reccomandations how to reach most of the attractions close to Razem, through hiking or biking (the hotel does provide bycicles itself). We chose to stay outside drinking some wine, after the hotel lights were off, since there was a nice fire outside. We were freezing but the vibe was amazing. Worth mentioning: We were the last ones consuming the breakfast and most of the food we wanted was gone, but they offered to prepare anything in real time for all of us. We had a very delicious breakfast :)

Accomodation was very good. The room was cozy and the bed And pillows veryy very comfortable. The swimming pool was great. The dinner we had was definitely one of the most amazing food experiences i've ever had. Very simple but everything very tasty, the vegetables, the cheese, and especially the meat. I must say that i was very surprised. The breakfast was very good also. In general an almost 5✨ experience. Keep up the good work!

Even tho it wasnt as "warm" as to even need it, but i think every hotel should have rooms with AC nowadays, even tho the resort was located in the mountains and you expect to not have hot days. Climate change is not a joke. Besides this and some small details like the liquid soap holder not functioning correctly everything else was like it should be!

After travelled 15 days throughout Albania this still was the best hotel experience

Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good swimming pool, and excellent staff. We spent only one night here so we didn't have time to explore surroundings, but in a short hike we noticed a lot of beautiful hiking trails in this fascinating mountains. Although the premisses itself are not newly renovated, nor perfectly clean, it still deserves 10, and a recommendation.

The breakfast was excellent, with varied offerings (hot and cold). The restaurant served a variety of local offerings, all of which were well prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Swedish/Thai massage was awesome. The resort is located in a beautiful part of the mountains but somewhat secluded.

The staff and the surroundings are the highlight of the hotel - they're all very friendly and helpful! The location is simply wonderful for those who like nature. The breakfast was buffet and we loved it. Most of the items are homemade so you get an even better insight of the local culture and cuisine.

The only minor downside is the size of the room but it's not a deal breaker.

Our initial stay at Natyral Razma Resort exceeded expectations. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood out, and the cuisine was truly exceptional, earning it a top spot nationwide. I highly recommend it. For anyone considering a stay in Razma, Natyral Resort is the ultimate option. After experiencing all the resorts in Razma, I can confidently confirm that Natyral is unmatched, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was perfect.

Great resort, the staff was very professional.. the room was clean with nice view , there is nice swimming pool.. the breakfast was basic but good , they have Restaurant we ordered Chicken fillet ( was delicious) , and ribs lamb the cooking was good but the meat itself not good, and pizza 4 sessions ( delicious) .. and for sweet ( soufflé and homemade cake ) was very tasty. The service was excellent. We were being waited upon our arrival and the staff opened the doors for us. They explained everything in details. Same thing even at the restaurant. The room was really clean and warm. Everyone was super friendly and I would definitely go back again.
