The staff were delightful, really very good hospitality! The hotel was a fairly short taxi ride from the airport, check in was very smooth and they left a handwritten welcome card in my room which was such a nice touch! The room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Spa facilities were nice and I had them to myself. I could relax and get a good night's sleep before my onward journey, very glad I booked this hotel.

The chlorine in the jacuzzi is a bit strong and can make your eyes water a bit, but if you sit near the open door this helps. There not much to do in the direct area, so if you're looking for something a bit livelier then you may want to stay closer to town but for my purpose this was fine!

I loved the hotel. Easy to get to from the airport, the only mean of transportation is the taxi, for aprox 10 euros. The hotel is located right across the railway station, but in order to get there, you either take a taxi, ora walk for aprox 1 km ( you have to go under a bridge in order to cross the railway tracks). Next to the train station is the bus station, very well organized, you can take The buses to Budva and Kotor.The downtown is also within a walkable distance, I would say about 2km from the hotel. Returning to the hotel: is located in a building which has stores at the ground. On the front of the building you'll see the Toyota logo. The entrance to the hotel is on the left side of the building. There is a ringing button, ring, and they will open the door for you. After you get inside, on your left side will be an elevator you should take to the second floor, where the reception is. The ladies from the reception where very nice, friendly and helpfull. They also gave me an amazing upgrade for free. The rooms are spacious, elegant, bright. High quality furniture, very comfy matress, very clean everywhere. The restaurant very elegant, with an excelent breakfast. The restaurant is located at the 4th floor. The hotel also has a spa center, located at the 5th floor, with a spaceous jacuzzi, with a hot water just perfect for a relaxation. Overall I had an amazing stay at hotel Aurel, and I highlly recommend It!

It is a modern hotel in the Montenegro capital city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the spa is a nice addition. The room is spacious and very clean. All in all, the hotel itself was a great experience.

There is nothing to do in Podgorica. As much as we liked Montenegro in general, we didn't like this city at all. The balcony was large but not maintained at all. Even some building materials were there.

I enjoyed everything at Hotel Aurel! Its location is very convenient!!! Wow!!! The whole staff and the hotel warmth welcome is EXTRAORDINARY! I've never seen such a lovely welcome! Wow!!! Of course, the rooms are awesome! They're super clean and their design is modern and very comfortable!!! Breakfast is REALLY good!!! Congratulations, Hotel Aurel!!!

we came here as our flight in Tivat got cancelled. overall this is a great hotel close to the airport in Podgorica which is a far better airport, and has great facilities. the staff are very friendly and the buffet at dinner and breakfast was good.

be mindful that there isn't really anything to do in the surrounding area, but this wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying one night to fly the next day.

Ample parking lot, quick check-in and check-out, polite and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, decent shadows to block the sunlight, fast and stable WiFi, and buffet breakfast - a perfect but anticipated combination. Last but not least - the restaurant never had smoking guests inside, which is a big advantage as local clients in typical local restaurants spew clouds of smoke out everywhere and all the time (despite the official ban introduced in 2019).

A few "cons": The parking lot is unsurfaced, so rain can cause a lot of mud. There is also some trash, like empty cans, bottles, and plastic bags. The food in the restaurant was OK. If it weren't for smokers in street restaurants, I would eat someplace outside. The jacuzzi in the Spa would be great if not for the excess chemicals in the water. After turning on the pumps for three minutes, the air reached a state where I could not stand all this chemistry and fled. The lighting in the room was clearly insufficient.

When we arrived there, the receptionist was very nice and communicative. Then we saw the room, which looked better than the photos. Its was very spacious, clean and cozy. We had a comfortable stay and also enjoyed the spa.

The breakfast was fine but it needed a bit of improvement. The veegies didn't look very fresh. The other part was good

Well, I have been a guest at the Aurel Hotel in Podgorica several times now! I must say that this is my first review of the facility but based on all of my experience from before. The Hotel is situated in lovely surroundings near the entrance of Podgorica (coming from Albania) and nearby there is a supermarket which is well supplied. Also, the surroundings are calm and with beautiful houses of the local population. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern. The rooms are big and clean equipped with modern and cozy furniture. The baths in the rooms are also practical and modern. The breakfast is simply perfect, while the staff is very kind and polite always looking for new ways to better serve their customers. The spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and warm chairs and it is cozy and nice.

Well, I guess there is no such thing!

Our recent stay at this charming hotel Aurel was greatly enhanced by the exceptional service from the front desk receptionist, whose warmth, professionalism, and proactive assistance stood out. He graciously arranged breakfast boxes for our early departure and even organized our airport transport, exceeding our expectations. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and beautifully decorated. The staff's hospitality, particularly the receptionist's, made it feel like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its extraordinary service.

The staff were very helpful, you'd get a fast response from them. The breakfast was good. There was something new every day, though they had the same vibe.

The AC wasn't cooling enough (the lowest temperature was 20 degrees Celsius). I had to wake up in the middle of the night to take a shower because the room was really hot.
