Better then average hotel

Paid pre arrival through PayPal on the 29th but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was declined by booking yet when I went to my PayPal account it shows that the payment was processed and paid the total amount. So I then had to pay a second time with my credit card. I am waiting to see if the PayPal payment processes through my bank account because it always takes a couple of days to post. If it does Booking.com owes me $129.38. I will not be using Booking ever again. I don’t need the confusion for such a simple task

It was so clean. It was just nice to be on a hotel that wasn’t in disrepair and run down. It was nice to bathe in a very clean tub. I wasn’t grossed out by the bathroom. It was wonderful.

No alarm clock in the bedroom. Freezer in the fridge didn’t work, and the beds aren’t as comfy as they used to be.

Everything was very good. Breakfast was good as well. Shout out to Whitney who spent at least 30 minutes getting us familiar with the city and it's activities and tournaments before booking several rooms for my family. Thanks Whit!!!

No complaints from us

Breakfast is exactly what is expected at a continental breakfast as far as food is concerned. It was above expected as far as staff assigned to the experience.

Maybe some biscuits is the only thing I could even possibly suggest. No complaints from me.

Just beautiful! We felt pampered, from the welcome at check in, the gift of water bottles and the personal welcome on the tv screen! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! Bathroom items like shampoo and conditioner are full size and high quality. Everyone from the managers to the maids was super friendly!

The breakfast was great. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and is right off the freeway.

They only have handicap rooms with single beds. Those of us traveling with their friend or parent would appreciate a handicap room with 2 beds.

The gals that checked us in were personable. They were able to offer suggestions for a restaurant walking distance. They kidded back with us while joking around! The breakfast bar was pleasing to the eye and the food was fresh in the morning. The gal setting it up was inviting and very nice. The manager took time to talk to us and ask how our stay was! Excellent experience! Awesome after a long day of riding in the heat! Thank you from the biker gals!!! 😁😎

The room was adequate & clean The facility itself is dated. Breakfast is not what the Hampton used to serve and needed to have what they did serve HOT. Otherwise we were satisfiedthe

Pool was closed and had been quite awhile! Was green. Said their we was a pump issue! Should have been fixed weeks ago based on looks of pool!

After booking room through booking.com I found out the same price booking directly with the hotel.
