Super friendly and welcoming staff. We only stayed here one night on our way back to Spain and can definitely recommend it! It is very well located, the parking is private and there is gate that gets closed during the night so you can have peace of mind. There are a number of rooms/apartments. We stayed in the comfort room. The bed was comfortable and it had all the necessities you would want if you wanted to stay longer than just 1 night. The staff are very helpful and give you tips on where to go visit and sightsee in the town. Overall a very pleasant experience and can definitely recommend it.

Nothing bad to note

Excellent location easily accessible to beach and city centre. Bikes (no gear) available for free rental (locks provided but not helmets). Rooms & bathroom (looked renovated) were very clean although the decor is a bit dated in the rooms. Well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher though) Very helpful front desk staff. (Paid) parking right in front of the residence (no need to navigate narrow underground parking)

As the location was next to a restaurant, opposite the coast, next to the port, it got noisy at/after bedtime when inconsiderate merrymakers hanged around the area.

Very clean, comfortable, free bicycles, roof terrace, helpful staff, nice relax room, mosquito net on windows, well equipped kitchen, cotton table cloth and napkins, coffee. All we could wish for. We appreciated the staff’s attention to detail to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.

Overall very good but it’s central location has a few minor drawbacks, eg, sometimes a bit noisy from the street when you have the window open at night, instead of using air conditioning. Nothing though that would prevent us from staying again.

A great place to stay! Perfect service, nice and helpfull staff. Appartment is clean an has everything you need. Parking at the appartments. What can I say about the location, just perfect! In the city centre, all nice restaurants, shops on walking distance and the beach across the street! In the middle of the city but still a very relax environment. San Remo has such a nice and relax vibes. We were here in June and we booked then for next week holiday again same place and looking so much forward to it!

Can not thing of anything we did not like.

We had stayed here before and will always book back here again when in Sanremo. The room is perfect with a lovely view, great location and all the facilities you need for a week's stay. We quite enjoy cooking and we're able to make a variety of dishes using the kitchen facilities available. I also really liked the large balcony that has a partial sea view and feels private. The property itself is a perfect place to stay in Sanremo, however for me, the best thing about Residence Dei Due Porti is their staff. What an exceptional team! The first time we stayed we thought the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. But this time ( our second stay) I unfortunately, had an accident and broke my ankle and collar bone whilst away. This meant that for the last few days of my holiday I was unable to move much. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me around and in and out of taxis. The care and kindness I was shown by all the staff was overwhelming. What an amazing group of people. I will always be grateful to all the team for the help they gave me. .

Nothing I didn't like.

Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and perfect location. Great value for money.

The only negative point had nothing to do with the hotel but the beach opposite is very popular with dog owners and there seemed to be a pooch convention every morning with several dogs excited about metting up and 'yapping' non-stop. Not so troublesome for a short stay but potentially annoying for a longer sejour.

The location is great, right across the road from the beach. Everything is walking distance; restaurants, shops, supermarket and other services. The staff are amazing; really helpful, friendly, welcoming. The room has everything you need it’s a good size and the soundproofing was pretty good. It’s not a new fit out but we’re not there to stay in the room, I prefer function, cleanliness and comfort over aesthetics. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had what we needed and the balcony was perfect. Parking available for a fee. We would stay there again.

The location was amazing. Very central, yet right on the beach. The staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. They were so gracious with our lack of fluency in Italian.

The shower was incredibly small. Bed was not super comfortable.

We loved having a kitchen & a table & a balcony over looking the sea. I loved going for a morning walk at the sea. The room was super clean. It has a little bit of a retro vibe. Parking on the property for a fee. We loved having a coffee machine & that we could buy the pods from them. It is the little things that make your day & your stay easier. We loved being able to wash our clothes…something so unusual for travellers. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Very much appreciated. We loved our stay in Dei DuePorti! Hard to leave.

Mosquitos at night! (No fault of property) Best night, we turned on AC & closed all doors & windows. We were on the 1st floor (2nd in Canada). I would have preferred 2nd (3rd North America) or view.

The location is perfect - very close to the port and restaurants. On the bike path. We arrived late and only stayed overnight. There was a parking space on the street in front, and the host at reception was friendly. There are bicycles available for guests and secure parking. Very close to the beach for a promenade along the port, and a short walk to a shopping area with lots of cafes and restaurants.
