The staff was so friendly, Ashley was so sweet and amazing when checking in and she was in the middle of doing something part of her duties when we walked in she greeted us and stopped what she was doing to take care of us so we could get into our room and get settled. All staff was great but Ashley really stood out! The room was so clean and the beds were comfy and the pull I wish I could have taken them home they were the most comfortable pillows I ever slept on . Coming from New York we are not use to all the kindness so even the guest were great seeing a smiling face with a good morning behind it from them. Over all it was absolutely wonderful

The location was fabulous We were here for a Rutherfordton wedding, and it was great. The daily breakfast was out of this world, next level awesome. We could not have been happier. Good hot water showers, clean rooms, roomy parking lot, and safe facility. Loads of friendly, helpful staff, even under the horrifying circumstances of Hurricane Helene.

It was all very satisfactory.

The breakfast was very good. All warm/hot items were hot/warm and that's always a plus. (Who wants cold gravy?) Good variety. No complaints.

Suggestion: You need adhesive/anti-slip treads or something in the bathtub. Real safety hazard. My husband and I both nearly fell and you don't want anything ugly like that happening.

The breakfast was good. Very pleased of the room was very clean and spacious. The the desk staff was nice and the breakfast staff was extra nice . she seemed like she loved her job. I came after xmas time and the place was still decorated and looked great ,. made me feel at home. Great choice !

I really have no complaints. If I need to say that I do not like the soap dispensaries in the bathroom, my personal opinion I rather have a regular bar of soap to use. Everything was fine to me.

It's easy to book. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and very private. And that breakfast is amazing.

There was this guy that came in all loud. We both got on the same elevator and got off the same floor. When he got off the elevator, he continued being loud on into his room. He had a child with him and came in with someone that seemed to be staff.

Breakfast was fabulous and I even told the cook how much I enjoyed her food! Also I was very impressed with the pristine cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel! All around excellent lodging experience ! Thank you!

The bed pillows, although beautiful, could be a little firmer for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was always clean. Facilities and lobby decor was fantastic. Great location with access to food services. Staff even provided a complimentary gift bag of goodies that was an adorable touch I greatly appreciated after a near 24hr day of travelling by air.

I don't have a bad word to say. Everyone was really helpful especially due to a delayed flight meaning a check in after midnight and lost luggage. Staff were amazing!

We had problems with the lights going out in the bathroom and foyer in the room.

We loved the staff. They were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean.We felt so relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome.

The Ice Machine on the 3rd floor was out of order.

Fantastic bed! ALL staff were met were great - very friendly & helpful! Our room was comfortable & even had man ottoman for my husband to rest feet to relieve back pain! Perfect experience & highly recommend!
