This hotel is located close to the Albert Park and in easy reach also of ADB office, if of interest. IN walking distance you can find a range of restaurants and also supermarkets. The hotel is very easy to find. The room is very spacious, the AC is silent and the beds are ok. The balcony is a nice to have.

The towels are really badly washed and there are some water leaks in te bathroom. This could be fixed easily by the hotel. The room is very poorly lit and only has a light in near the table and none on the ceiling or near the beds. I am not sure why.

After covid hotel prices skyrocketed in Suva. SUVA MORTOR INN is the best option l have tried here in Suva in terms of quality/price ratio. Deluxe Apt, 65 m². Super clean, comfortable and all equipment working. Staff super friendly and professional. l liked that the area it is located is quiet. There is a restaurant l did not try the food but nice common area to relax. Pool is nice. maybe the down side is there is no view and rooms a little dark but still a very nice place.

I really Love Leni who works at the hotel restaurant, she made me feel so welcomed especially when I travelled alone for work last year. She has a big smile and always makes everyone feel welcomed. This is my second time coming to Suva motor inn and I just love how simple and amazing the place is. It’s across the road from Albert park and is super quiet and not crowded like other hotels. Apartment. No breakfast included. -Good room -Clean and all facilities working. Last time the stove didn't work properly so good to see everything fine this time.

-Include a sasa -Include spare bin liner -Ironng board is old and surface is not good for ironing work clothes. Invest a little more in items for the room. -No lifts. Some guests (like myself) are willing to pay someone to take our bags up to 3rd floor. I have athritis. Staff seem reluctant to help and it takes the front desk a little while to find a staff member, and when they arrive they seem put out. I know they work hard. But it should be clear that some guests will pay for a service like that. Offer properly. People will take you up on it.

The hotel location was close to workshop area. The hotel is clean and have good customer service and nice staffs. All services in the hotel room was exceptional. It is always feel better when I see the hotel staffs smiling and have good greetings to all hotel guests.

The hotel restaurant can be improve by serving more good food at the restaurant's menu. Sometimes hotel guests might want to have something heavy for dinner (rice and steaks, etc.) Overall, the restaurant staffs are nice too in providing exceptional services.

Friendly smiling staff at first point of contact as you enter the property made all the difference to how the rest of the stay would turn out. Enjoyed every bit of it. Vinaka Vaka Levu for making me feel like I was at home away from home.

The steps but that’s me being lazy 😂 I needed the steps for that little bit of exercise for eating too much lol ..blessed to have staff offer to carry my heavy bags. Thank you for going beyond what is expected 🙏🏽 cannot fault you.

Big shout out to the staff for making me and my daughter feel so welcome. I was blessed to get moved to an apartment 🙌 for the 10days I was there. everyone was so friendly I would definitely recommend to stay here again on my next trip very close to town.

Absolutely loved the space, the shower was great after a long day of walking Labasa Fiji I was full of dust and I was able to have a spacious shower.

The only thing was it would have been great to have a facecloth in the shower to use. I found the morning receptionist not dressed in uniform was wearing a yellow top with glasses a bit rude no hello spoke with a tone whereas all your other staff members were so serving and beautiful.

Location.

Noise from drunk guest. Early hours. No control measures inplace. One drunk man collapsed in reception sofa main front entrance. When you have family rooms and allow families to book rooms. There must be measures inplace to avoid young children witness this and scared of being in the hotel. This was very dissapointing.

Location was perfect as I walk around Albert Park every morning weather permitting. I used taxis if shopping in town. Couldn’t have an early sleep time as noise from the bar was too loud otherwise everything was quite ok for my needs.

The plumbing noise when it was raining stopped me from having a good sleep.
