We had a beach villa which was located directly on the beach. It had a great view with the palm trees and the ocean. They made fresh omelette for breakfast. The whole staff was super kind, they even gave a gift to our son upon arrival and when we left as well. They also help us getting to the island and getting back to the airport. Outdoor breakfast area is amazing!!!

Breakfast was quite boring for 10 days, Sortiment was poor and they offered the same type of food every second day. They served only instant coffee that you can make for yourself with hot water. For this amount of money I would accept better service for breakfast. Bathroom is outdated and a bit stinky.

Lying in bed watching palm trees, sand and many hues of turquoise ocean through your terrace door - does this sound like Heaven to you? You've arrived. Crown Beach Villas, a 2min stroll away from Crown Beach Hotel with it's own sandy white beach are the number One location on Dhiffushi island, where locals live among tourists in perfect harmony. The Villas might be pretty tiny rooms and there certainly are no tennis courts or water bungalows, the locals themselves call their lodgings guesthouses. And that's exactly how you feel, like a guest who's visiting his/her friends Rasheed the manager who has always a smile on his face, Vidad who runs this place, Anil, guide to places where you can see dolphins, huge stingrays, sharks and turtles. His knowledge of everything is endless, even compared to worldwide academic standards. All of this island gives you a tranquility no resort island of the Maldives could ever offer you.

The future outlook of this island might be bleak if construction of high risers has started in full. Today it's only one unfinished house with five or six floors.... Visit this gem in the Indian Ocean as long as it's still sparkling.

Vidad and his team are simply excellent hosts. We stayed there for 6 nights in the beach villa & anything we needed was given to us straight away. The room itself was very comfortable with soft orthopedic mattress for very comfortable sleeps , on the last night in maldives Vidad himself came to another restaurant to give us both a parting gift. Even the guys in this other restaurant said "he's the owner" but is the nicest owner you can meet . We loved the activities the sandbank and turtle point excursion is a must , we were looked after on these trips by Anil, hes an absolute gentleman of a young man . Rashid was the duty manager and was always there to help as was Ivan who spoke very good English, the young waiter also looked after us very well at meal times . we chose the half board option and there was a great variety of foods to choose from , the breakfast with freshly cooked ommeletes was a very good breakfast . I will definitely go back one day ..

There was very little that we did not like so ignore the sad face :) At first we were surprised that there was no alcohol available on the island but we embraced this & decided to use it as an opportunity to have a much neededed "retreat in paradise" having daily massages, swimming with the fish/turtles & relaxing in general ! Even when we discovered that we could go to a bar on a floating boat we decided not to go :)

The staff were friendly and helpful, Limited English Place was clean and tidy Anything we asked for we were supplied Bedding lovely and clean , rooms cleaned when ever you requested , not just on set days

No beach , pictures are years out of date, But nice beach other side of island Rooms nice and clean , but little touches needed to upgrade Shower clean but taps and shower head rusty, need renewing Just little things needed to upgrade to make it better , New toaster needed as only cook 1 side , and 2 out of 4 slots working , but was OK once you knew how to use it

The stay was nice comparing with the money paid. The hotel staff were helpful when they knew we did not like the food. Rasheed offered free of charge grilled fish as he noticed we did not like the food on the menu.. that was a nice approach of him.

1 information on booking.com is misleading, we didn't know the transfer was paid until we booked eventhough I chose a free transportation on filters 2 the booking was supposed to be in a Villa but we were taken to a hotel instead ! Without any explanation. 3 I booked an option for Island tour and snorkeling which I paid extra but upon arrival I found out that snorkeling is not a trip , it's just an offer of the snorkeling gadgets and both extras were not even offered.

Stay at this hotel for 4 nights was completely worth it. Earlier I was worried but staff and manager of Crown Beach Villa were so helping and smiling. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here. They have private beach to relax and provide other excursions. One suggestion for vegetarians - Don't go for Full Board plan since there are limited options in vegetarian meals. Definitely looking for booking it again in near future.

Vegetarian meals were limited and were not that good. Recommendation for vegetarians - Opt only Margeritta Pizza, Egg fried Rice, Fruit salad in balsamic vinegar.

The breakfast was light and enough variety. The location is stunning, on the beach, dinner, lunch and breakfast on the beach. Manager so helpful in making sure we are happy, he even surprised us with a special meal at our last dinner and he was so kind to give us a go away souvenir. Tour guide, Anil, was excellent in taking us on a Snorkling trip, where we saw the most beautiful fish.

You have to plan meals at the hotel ahead, so you do not always know what you want for the next meal, however we understand they want to make sure that all,ismavailble.

It was wonderful experience with Crown Beach Villa. Mr. Rasheed the Manager ,Mr. Vidad, Mr. Ivan , and Mr. Shamim who was handling food. You all are awesome people. They all made my trip memorable for life time. Special thanks to Anil who took us for Snorkeling and Dolphin Tour. Wonderful Location, Don't fall in any negative comments. This is Best and Best Value for Money. My Wife and Kids like the Beach Villa so much ,that I can't explain. Keep it up Crown Beach Hotels.

I don't remember, Only One suggestion. Though the beach is very very clean,and all natural, But it would have been better if some professional cleaning could be done of tree leaves and sea grass around the beach and nearby water.. This is my personal opinion.

Very helpfull personel, nice part od the beach, although there was obviously a storm recently, so the beachfront is damaged. The on-site store is well stocked and their resturant is good compared to others on the Island. Also their beach is very private, and you can also find shade under the palmtrees through the whole day.

The hotel is located on a small island in the northern part. It overlooks the beach where no one swims. Yet it wasn't any problem at all. The food was substantial, yet a bit unvaried. The staff were very polite and nice. Thank you!
