I always travel for work and I’m in and out hotels all of the time, so when something as ordinary as a check-in stands out it should be mentioned. Shout out to Randi for being very sweet and helpful. Not forcefully nice or with a script. Just simply trying to help. Other than that the hotel is new with good facilities. Breakfast is on the better end of Chinese Hotels standard and the pool has a glass wall from which you can see people swimming, which is cool. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch. It is also close to tube station with restaurant options nearby.

For some reason Didi drivers don’t come pick you up inside. At least couldn’t make them. Even though the building is tall, rooms have no view.

The hotel is amazing, we had the most amazing experience we used all the amenities/services from breakfast to room service to the dry cleaning service, it was always a more than satisfying experience. We want to underline the kindness of the hotel stuff and the attention to detail of everyone from the cleaning services to the valet parking Everyone was prepared,kind and professional I highly recommend this hotel it was a really great experience for us

The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff were very attentive. On my first night I gobbled 2 bottles of water by 8am even though I arrived at 12am. They replenished 4 bottles of water daily, thereafter, even though I was a solo traveller. The hotel staff were also always helpful, professional and patient.

The hotel buffet breakfast had almost the same spread everyday.

Looks clean and new. Staffs are very professional and helpful, especially Kelvin and Zick. I have quite a number of delivery packages sent to the hotel, Kelvin and Zick have tirelessly helped me trace the package, follow up closely with the delivery company. I am very grateful for their help.

The room got smoking smell on the first day I checked in.

Very clean and very luxurious. The swimming facilities were particularly good. In room service was very tasty and a good price. Breakfast buffet was of a high quality and offered a wide variety of both western and Chinese cuisine.

It's a nice international hotel, it has everything a nice international hotel has. Can't go wrong really.

Pool was slightly small for the number of people using it (still a normal sized pool).
