Everything. There are some places and staff that are etched as a remembrance always. And this is the hotel We are very seasoned travellers and stay in numerous hotels. We have never come across such people and it starts from the top- the manager going to the reception staff and my special thanks to Mustafa’s and the handy person Master. Somehow a lot on personal itinerary went wrong for us in this one day and they helped us sort out every single problem. Thanks everyone.

Nothing. The M once pool all were great. Rooms could have been designed better and a little bigger. But it is nothing to talk about much.

All was above my expectations!

As it was business trip in combination with touristic activities, I enjoyed twice. We had international congress in the conference halls of this hotel, and accommodation at the same hotel was good decision. Rooms are convenient, clean, breakfast was good. Location is also close to main places of Bukhara. Mirshod and Dilshod from reception were very attentive and did their best to make our stay maximally comfortable. Mirshod made upgrade of room free of charge. Despite the 100% fullness of the hotel with guests, since it is high tourist season, all the hotel staff does the best & in time so we got pleasant impression. Thanks.

We were greeted by two wonderful and very professional ladies, Parihoda and Sabina upon check-in. They were kind enough to give us a local map and point out the great sights in Bukhara informing us that they are within walking distance of Wyndham Hotel. The hotel is very impressive in design, decor and detail. My wife and I decided to upgrade the room via Booking.com and we loved the superior room. I would highly recommend booking it for the extra space and amenities. On the second day we decided to visit Samakand via the Afrosiyab train and returned back to hotel at approximately midnight. Seeing as we hadn't had dinner yet, we ordered room service around 1am and the food and service both were OUTSTANDING! That meal was the cherry on top to what was already an great stay. 10/10! On check out we were pleased to see Sabina and Parihoda who made it all so seamless. Our stay was incredibly special and memorable. We would like to thank every single staff member we encountered, from the receptionists through to room service as well as housekeeping. They were all extremely kind, courteous and warm. Wyndham will certainly be our hotel of choice when we return to Bukhara, a fabulous hotel, in a charming town.

Really nice and helpful staff - always ready to support with any requests. Breakfast is good. Pool is a nice bonus. There is a small shop downstairs selling traditional items with a nice and helpful lady.

I think it is the best hotel in Bukhara: quality, European standards and location combined. It's is a 10 minutes walk from the main square Lyab-i Hauz. The room is comfortable, the shower, the tea, the beds, WiFi are all to standard of a good 4-star hotel. The reception team is friendly and helpful. A good gym, great breakfast. I initially planned to stay in Mercure Old Town Bukhara, but chose Wyndham, because of the location. Thank you. The reception team helped me to order the Yandex-taxi, use their hotel exchange machine and top up my local sim-card. Thank you so much. V helpful indeed.

Modern hotel with all the amenities such as gym, spa etc. Comfortable beds. Modern room and very clean. Huge breakfast buffet that stays open late

Some staff members English could be improved which as an international hotel is important. This led to the hotel reception instead of booking me to my location in old town, sent me to a place 5 miles out of town and me having to try to explain this to the cabbie and pay extra fees to get back to old town. Download a taxi app instead and do it yourself. Hotel aircon was problematic and worked in the corridor of the room but not the main part of the room, leading to a hot room. On the pricier end of Bukhara hotels and I'm not sure it's value for money compared to other hotels of similar price or less in other cities in Uzbekistan.

I liked the comfortable room and bed. I felt safe and secure as a solo woman traveler. The stay was very nice and inviting. The location was a very short Yandex ride to the Old City. No more than 4 minutes. The pool area was nice and relaxing as well. There are many lounge chairs in a shaded area around the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were lots of good choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. There was also lots of seating. And the staff was very attentive.
