Location is perfect inside airport for a quick nap meal and shower before next flight. If you are on terminal 2, as soon as you get to the area where people are waiting (drivers, etc) just keep walking and you will see to the right a little telephone and a guy assisting hotel guests with their shuttle. If the hotel clerk is there he will help you get to the bus. if nobody is there you need to call using that phone or your mobile data plan, and then take the elevator that is right in front of that phone (it’s hidden behind the concrete column in front of that little station) you are on level 0 and elevator needs to be taken to level 2. Once there just exit to outside and look for a white little bus that says hotel. Once they drop you on the other terminal 1 you need to enter there, take another elevator and go to floor 3 you will see there where it says hotel.

The bed linen is very basic And just one pillow per bed was a bit of a shock And they do not speak English so be ready to speak Portuguese

An interesting experience and very convenient. The hotel is completely enclosed inside an abandoned terminal! No windows in the rooms but then all you would see would be abandoned corridors. Nevertheless, the rooms are clean and adequate and the price is okay for the convenience of my late-night landing. I walked from my gate to the hotel, about 15-20 minutes, but you can call for a shuttle. The breakfast buffet is as to be expected at a business hotel. One of Rio's best rodizio steak houses has a branch near the airport. But I can't think of any reason why one would stay more than a night near Galeao.

The desk does not have a convenient plug. The hallways are a bit of a maze and could use better signage.

I like they offer transfer to the airport terminals back and forth because walking is far ( 10 min) . The night crew speaks English as well as the server in the restaurant . Convenient for long lay over flights . Clean , spacious room and beverage / snacks at the room

everything was great

Breakfast was great. Its located in a terminal that you access via a shuttle so its a bit inconvenient. We arrived late evening and weren't able to communicate with the hotel so had to get an overpriced taxi to get to the other terminal. Other than that, the rooms are standard, but the breakfast is very yummy! Besides that, the staff was really helpful, we had forgotten the trumpet in the taxi and the staff of the hotel helped us recover it.

It is very convenient place to stay if have a flight very early in the morning. Or if you have a long connection.

The breakfast could start earlier due the first flights are very early. Or at least you could have an option of included breakfast or included dinner.

We liked the fact that there is a hotel in the airport! Soo convenient.. they had great service.. the room was very large.

What we didn't like was that the shower floor didn't look so clean and the air conditioning didn't seem to work so well.. we had it at the lowest and coldest setting but it still blew out fan-like air.

I really liked that the Airport has a hotel. I liked the staff is very patiente and kind, the rooms and very confortable, clean and had all the basic equipment that need a hotel room. It was very easy checkin and checkout, and breakfast starts at 4am thats very good for many people that needs to leave very early. Very good food.

I didn't like the furnitures and many things seems very old, but besides that is very confortable. If you are expecting a fancy, very nice modern hotel, this is not the one.

Dinner was good and fairly priced. Breakfast was outstanding. The front desk was very helpful. The desk in the room was excellent as was the wifi. There was a wired connection which I would have used if I had brought a cable. When we were clued in by the front desk, the return to Terminal 2 was so much easier and we could have taken their shuttle but preferred to walk.

The bathroom floor and shower was unusually slippery. I just missed falling down. If I had been warned, I woulds have used the handicap bar. The soap dish was missing. I reported all of this and expect there was a fixed. While the hotel was within the airport complex, there was no notice it was in terminal one or that there was a shuttle. The Uber driver was completely confused. Apparently, the hotel was built when terminal one was in play.

Location is at Terminal 1 of the Rio airport (GIG). There are actually no flights in or out of this terminal so the surrounding is very quiet (it's good and it's bad). To take our flight which was scheduled to depart in Terminal 2 we took the free shuttle on the 1st floor.

The room's floor is a bit unclean.

The location was good, but very dark to walk alone from the airport because it's still a bit (~10 minutes) walking to the hotel. The 24/7 service very nice, breakfast excellent. I liked how big the room and the bed were.

The room was clean but I didn't have a blanket there, so I asked for it and got it. There was no window in the room but at least it was dark also during the day time, in case you wanna take a nap.
