The resort is conveniently located near Lipno's main attractions. The apartment is spacious, offering a partial view of the lake, and includes 2.5 bathrooms and a sauna. The resort exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities and fun activities, all at a very reasonable price. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful.

All good … but take into confederation that the reception closes at 6 pm. And there is no room services or restaurants within the resort … just enjoy the place and the lake with your family. And the bathrooms have no Shataf.

The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. We were on the top floor and had a nice view directely onto the lake. Supermarket and Tourist-Info are just a 3-5 minute walk away. Parking is free. Pool and playground are perfect for children. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Lake is just a 5 minute walk away.

A translation of the Pool-Menu in any language but Czech would have been nice. Within the apartment you can hear a lot from the other people in the apartment. It can be quite noisy. Not ideal for putting children to bed. Reception and arrival/ leave times are quite limited. People park like idiots - but that is not the fault of the venue. Maybe to establish a 'parking etiquette' would free up more space.

the room is big and nice, bath & shower, also a sauna. the parking is good. the pools are very nice for kids. there is self service laundry room - it was very useful .

the kitchen can be more equipped- salt&paper , paper towels and oven. grill is extra charge, also coffee capsules.

wonderful apartments, all amenities, kitchen with utensils, stove, grill, bathroom with sauna. Comfortable terrace. There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants 100 meters away.

Good location, big rooms

Mattresses were hard. Also, they want you to wash all the dishes and take out the garbage before you leave or you’re facing fines. This hotel isn’t cheap and this is the first time I am encountering such demand by the hotel. Not coming back here again

Great place for a family holiday, many activities possible in the area. Great flat, spacious, nice private sauna. All needs met in the flat.

Some noisy neighbours, the walls let noise through but it was not the worst we experienced either

It's a perfect hotel for cozy holiday. Everything was good. Especially appreciate SPA cabin in the appartment. It was something to remember.

The weather in Lipno is something weird. I don't rememer 4 days in a row without rain.

We loved this resort. So many great activities nearby and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much - we’ll definitely be back!

You have to wash dishes and take out bins at the end of your stay- it's not a big deal, but I would expect that this should've been included in the price paid for the rooom

The location was fantastic! Also, the place was very kids friendly, there was a playground outside, and a little snacks bar. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back!

The price of the accommodation wasn't cheap, and every little thing costs extra money such as baby crib, baby chair... etc.
