The lobby is so cute. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. There was everything we needed. The courtyard and overall landscaping was VERY beautifully done. There was even a little area outside with a grill and table under an awning. The housekeeping is ON TOP OF IT! They were opening my door at 10:54 (Pretty sure they knocked, but I didn’t hear because I was in the bathroom and they probably assumed I walked out already). When they realized I was still in there, they shut the door back and I left a note saying I booked another night and didn’t need service then walked to the lobby to confirm the added night and then talked to them when I went back up the stairs. They were all super nice and made sure to tell me I needed to go to the lobby and if I hadn’t already known that it would’ve been a great help. I left for maybe 2.5hrs and all the housekeepers were leaving by the time I got back and as far as I saw there were 3 on staff. So they were very efficient and took their job seriously, which I loved. Nothing was half done when we arrived either.

The only thing that bothered me was there was no microwave in the room.

There was no breakfast, coffee only. Another clien bought milk for the coffee since there wasn't any.

I booked more than a month in advance. I had requested a handicap room for my mother and none were available when we got there.. She had a really difficult time without handrails in the bathroom. She also had trouble getting into the high bed but the staff was kind enough to loan us a step stool. Also, I wasn't happy that our beds weren't made after the first night. The sheets didn't need to be changed but at least make the beds.

The location is great. Extreamly safe to stay there. The hotel does not offer breakfast. McDonald’s, Burger King, Denys are 1 mile away on the same street. Walgreens is next door to the Hotel.

They do not offer any donuts, juices or anything at all for breakfast. They only offer black coffee they did not have cream or milk for the coffee. Only straight black coffee. That what you call cheap!!!

Nice "old school" hotel, very clean overall. Friendly staff, safe location. Found the property appropriate commensurate with what I paid. I will stay here again, and would recommend this so long as the price does not increase. I did not use the pool but it was clean, protected and had room to accommodate a lot of people. EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating. (the guests seemed friendly too...)

Some of the guests with pets DID NOT clean up after them, not the hotel's fault but also not fast at cleaning this up. More on the guest than the hotel, though. Even though Florida law has not caught up with other states barring the use of cups made out oil DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, I didn't like that the coffee cups were Styrofoam (no breakfast here.) But really no other objections.

2 Widows traveling to attend the Gospel event just down the road.The location was great,right off the main highway,surrounded by convenient places to eat Plus well lit ,as we were not returning at nite until around 10;30. Would book again if heading that way.

Beds comfortable but a little high off the floor. No way of lowering speed of ceiling fan.

The lights for the sink, the pillows, big rounded shower curtain. Love the shower curtain too. Great AC.

Ran out of towels a few times so we had to wait longer than 6 hours. My mattress needed to be flipped.

Room availability

We were first given a king size room, but the room had not been cleaned. Stated at the desk that he was under staff. Gave a room with double bed that creck every time you rolled over. The room was clean.

Very close to the convention center

The lighting in the room was very poor. I also was disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room.

The property was very welcoming as well as the Staff. Very relaxing and beautiful landscaping! I will return when in the area again! Thank you and God Bless!

Great location for visiting relatives in Sun City Center. Quiet room. Swimming pool on site and pool towels provided.
