Location, beds, nice room

Checking in...i requested earlier check in. It was told room will be ready 12.00. Then we came back 12.00, room was not ready. Then it has been told 30 min later it will be ready. Again not ready. At the end it was ready 12.55. After a night flight and no sleep and after requested days before and not really good communication between staff i was not pleased about this. Hopefully this will be better next time. Still the staff did their best. More variation in the breakfast. Everyday the same is a bit boring.

The hotel location is very good . It's near Bakırköy Marmmary station (about only 5 minutes walk ) and it's also near Bakırköy Sahil Parkı. The place is quiet most of the day with the exception of early hours of the morning when the architecture activities noises are very loud. Many good restaurants are found and also shopping places. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Furkan. The breakfast was good.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and again it was great. The staff are amazing, and I especially appreciate how they helped me arrange a taxi from the airport at the last moment (necessary due to bad weather). The staff also brought a fruit basket to my room, which was great, because I came in late and didn't have the chance to get dinner. I also really love Bakırköy, which is a very lively and fun local area.

Although my room was at the end of the corridor, there was still some noise coming from other rooms. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom (like standing water).

Simply wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! Clean, modern hotel. Close to shopping area and train station. Even though out of main Istanbul tourist areas, convenient and easy to access by train. PLUS it was good to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. Excellent value for money!

The shower drained a little slow but nothing too serious

The staff was really amazing, especially yusuf and eren, really helpful, the breakfast was good! The location of the hotel was great everything was at a walking distance, the metro station is just 450m away!

One of the room cleaning ladies, she was quite rude.

The Hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms look nice.

The first room I got was directly located at the staircase which was connected with the kitchen. I woke up in the morning from the noises from the kitchen and the employees. Thanks to Mina I got a new room really quick at the same day which was not that noisy.

-The staff was very kind, especially Mr. Emirhan -The room was big and clean, comfortable bed and pillows, very good hair dryer in the bathroom, changing towels every day, there was every day one bottle per person in the room free of charge -There is a free parking behind the hotel -The breakfast was good -The hotel is in the heart of Bakirkoy ( two big Malls in 5 minutes walking of the hotel, lots of shops, restaurants. In 10 minutes walking you reach the big park area and yacht port -The new port "Galataport" is in 15 minutes driving by car

-Only missing a good espresso in the breakfast

The location is excellent near to marmary

The room was a bit small The house keeping was good but didn’t change the sheets or provide tea or water unless we ask for.

Location was best

Arrangement for rooms on arrival were not made , even reception was dazzled for bookings and number of rooms.it took s’more time to find bookings and related rooms

I like everything in this hotel, for first the location is very good, Bakirkoy must visit, staff very good, breakfest was ok. I recomand this!
