So many pluses; the location was great, close to stores, eateries and Fort Leonard Wood. Staff was friendly, helpful and always available. Really liked the availability of a store 24/7, laundry room, a free video library, and dining room for hot chocolate, etc. during the day or night and breakfast buffet. Our room had a separate bunk room with second TV for kids.

The indoor pool was not available avail for use and that was an important reason we chose the Bell. Due to weather my 12 year old son was limited to playing in powdered snow, which is not good for snowman construction. Also a DVD player in the bunk room would have been a plus, while the adults watched movies on DVD in other room.

The beds and pillows are comfortable unlike other motel/Inns weve been to that you would know it's worn out. The bathroom is pretty clean. We have our own kitchenette with basic cooking utensils and they also provided dining utensils! The breakfast is superb! Coffee is available 24/7 in the kitchen, you can also make your own in the comfort of your room with the provided cofee maker that is not cheap looking. The location is close to the military base.

Window doesn't have curtain so we could adjust the light that comes through the window at night when we sleep.

It was so cozy and clean. All of the staff were so polite! We enjoyed the breakfast. We got movies from downstairs to watch and the kids loved that. The store downstairs was super convenient as well. The location was prime as we were visiting Fort Leonard Wood for graduation. We could walk to Dollar Tree, restaurants, and gas stations. 10/10

No complaints

The desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance staff are all outstanding. Professional, kind, quick, and compassionate service while going above and beyond. I simply can not say enough about the quality of customer service and work done.

The hot breakfast bar was really the only part of the experience that I did not use. Either what I wanted was empty or it didn't look appetizing (think over-cooked bacon). I just ended up with toast and fruit and that was fine for me.

The breakfasts were great, the staff was so kind and the room was more than enough. This place has so much character and I just loved seeing all the people from the different walks of life and the different branches. I had such a wonderful time! Thank you for being a part of me and my soldiers journey!

There was nothing I didn't like

Rooms were good. Breakfast buffet was excellent (not offered on weekends ☹️) staff was very accommodating. Easy access and great parking. Awesome little convience store inside the lobby with snacks, soda, liquor etc.

There was a beep about every 4 minutes. Pretty sure it was a dying door alarm battery. Informed manager and she said it would be taken care of however it still beeped the next night/day. Swimming pool was nice but freezing. It is completely indoor but water was so cold, I couldn't stay in it more than 1 minute and i'm a guy.Rooms could use some new paint.

The breakfast is fabulous and prompt everyday the staff very friendly and welcoming the rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious and literally just minutes from the front gate at Ft Leonard Wood

I don’t think anything could have been better

Bell's was one of the cleanest places we've stayed. Lots of chains have cut that corner. There was plenty of room for all of our group of five. The kids loved the bunk beds. Staff were very accommodating. Husband loved the breakfast. We didn't cook a meal but we could have.

Honestly, there were no dislikes. It met our needs. We weren't on vacation. We were visiting family.

I loved this hotel! It was different than most, older, but felt loved and cared for. Staff was super nice and friendly. We were the only ones that used the pool which is open 24/7. We had the weekday breakfast one morning and it was well stocked and good variety. This will be my go-to stay when we are visiting family on base❤️
