Everything Was Amazing Expect They Were Stingy With The Toilet Paper & Refilling Coffee, Tea In The Room. Last Years When I Stayed With Them It Wasnt Like That.

That They Charged My Credit Card For The First Night & It Was The Amount In Dollars Not Cordoba . Thank God My Credit Card Was Locked Otherwise It Would Have Been $5,303.20 As Pending Amount. I Spoke To The Front Staff Member & They Said The Person At The First Desk Made A Mistake They Charged Me Cordoba Amount In Dollars 🤬 Also They Had Alot Young Soccer Players That Were Making Alooot Of Noise & Couple Of Them Were Running Around & Trying To Force Open The Room Doors 😭

Excellent stay here! Very clean, nice room, snacks / drinks / small amenities available for sale at the front desk, delicious cookie upon arrival, good restaurant, a ton of choices in the included breakfast, nice pool, helpful and professional staff.

My only issue is with the gym. There was no disinfectant spray or towels to wipe down the machines / equipment after use, which is really unhygienic. This would be so easy to fix. (Not even any hand sanitizer). Also no mats for stretching, so if you want to stretch, you have to lay on the floor. Hopefully they will remedy this :(

Reception hold deposit in value of the stay. Because we are using only debit cards, take some 7 - 10 days to get our money back. I didn't like, they don't mention this at booking.com page, they are facing you with this by check in, They don't provide any kind of shower gel or shampoo, which comes to me as standard in accomodation of this price range.

Amazing staff throughout the hotel, they also let us check in early, arranged seamless transfers for us, great food options (including breakfast), room was wonderful and spacious, great facilities, lovely views. Also a massive bonus having tea and coffee facilities in the room!

Noise in corridors (mainly young children being allowed to run riot for some reason) late at night, and music noise from pool area around 11pm to midnight. Other than that, there are no negatives

Amazing stay at this beautiful property. The staff was wonderful the rooms were spotless. The restaurant was amazing. The free breakfast is on point. Great food. Close to the mall and many places I need to be at. I needed a document printed last minute and they did for me right at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Double Tree by Hilton is the best, I have stayed a couple of times and always love it. The service is super beds are comfortable showers always have hot water, pool is clean.

The room cards need to be programmed many times due to being closed to my cellphone, which has to be going back to the lobby. Other than that, I don't have any more issues.

Unfortunately, the only aspect of my stay that fell short of my expectations was during the breakfast. While the selection of food was decent, the assistant at the breakfast area right before you go inside the restaurant seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and didn’t pay attention to the breakfast being included with my stay, and argue that it wasn’t and made me go ask for the tickets for my breakfast, that was a little uncomfortable resulting in delays and a slightly disappointing dining experience. However, the rest of the hotel's services and facilities more than made up for this small setback. No biggie.

The pool is incredible. The breakfast is incredible. The staff was super friendly and even greeted me by name when I entered. This is my favorite hotel in the country.

Do I have to write something here? Really, our visit was pretty close to perfect. There was a small earthquake while we were there, but hardly the fault of the hotel! I have nothing bad to say.

Staff are lovely, pool was nice, rooms were clean and 24hr gym. All what you’d expect from a Hilton.

Breakfast was ok, selection was good, just tasted a bit bland. Location wise is hard to comment as whilst there was nothing walkable, the city seemed so sprawled I’m not sure there is such a thing as a good location in Managua!

I love this hotel it's one of the best in Nicaragua. The pool is incredible and every time we stay in Managua we try to stay here. This is our go to spot for in country staycations.

It seems like every time we visit the AC isn't working right, either not cooling well or cooling too much. No matter what we set the thermostat at the room does what it wants.
