The staff at the office are amazing. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation that we had made with booking.com. however they were able to get us into a condo exactly as we had requested, for the same price. It took him awhile to enter our reservation, but they did it and they were so sweet while doing it. So make sure after you book with booking.com, that you call the property and make sure they get your reservation. I made hours 2 months in advance they had no clue we were coming. But again they were so very helpful and got us a condo in less than 10 minutes.

When booking.com gives you the address to go to, it is not the correct address. You have to call the number so they can give you the correct address to their office. Once you get to the office and get checked in, they give you the information of where you need to go, which is right back where you were 10 minutes away. That was very frustrating.

The location was perfect. Very close to SDC. It was quiet, clean and the pool was a big hit with my granddaughter. We felt very much at home. We would definitely stay here again

We needed bedding for the sofa bed, which was not in the room. We had to drive back to the check in desk(which was 5 miles away) to get it. Once there, we had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to bring it to the front desk. Also, when we checked in we were told that the amenities were not available and that we would need to drive to their other property to use the pool, playground, etc. They were only willing to compensate us a portion of the stay IF we sat in on their 2 hour time share presentation. We declined. Once we were back at our property, we found out that we were able to use the nice pool. So don’t fall for it! Also, ask for the bedding for the sofa bed when you check in.

It was very clean and nice. Had a beautiful view off the balcony. Very close to Silver Dollar City if you are planning on going there.

Beds were a little too hard for us which is just a personal preference and we did have some trouble getting back to the property a couple of times due to Silver Dollar City traffic being backed up so bad it added about 30 minutes onto our drive back from Branson. We learned to not make the drive back to the condo around the first hour to hour and a half after silver dollar city opened each day to avoid the traffic. Other than that the property itself was great!

We loved the view from our back porch!! The apartment allowed us to spread out and we loved having two full bathrooms and a kitchen (a must for extended stays with kids) the place was clean and tidy and the pool was a great amenity!

The check-in process was unexpectedly inconvenient. We weren’t clearly informed that it had to be completed at a separate location 20 minutes away, which significantly extended our travel time. Additionally, the phone support lacked the courtesy and professionalism we expected.

The house we stayed in was very clean. It was comfortable even though the couches are a little worn it wasn't enough to bother us. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect. It s didn't take long at all to get anywhere we wanted especially Silver Dollar City. We were so close we could hear the train and no it didn't bother us at all, it was kind of cool. The shower upstairs on the left did seem to leak a little. It was noticed the day we left. We were all very happy.

The accommodations were good, and the view was great. The condo was what we expected, and everything was as advertised.

Ater driving all day, I didn't like to have to listen to a sales pitch's about going to a sales pitch. I paid for the location and just wanted access. I would have preferred a Keurig in the room as opposed to a pot but this wasn't a deal breaker. Also the primary bed was a little rough.

The unit was bigger than expected with a large living room, full kitchen and laundry room for those lucky enough to have an extended stay. Overall just a very comfortable space.

Unknown to us, the ‘lobby’ portion of the lodge was under renovation and it was confusing trying to figure out how and where to check in. Also I did not want or appreciate having to listen to a time share pitch for 5-10 minutes while waiting for my check in paperwork to be completed.

Clean spacious apartment, beds very comfortable, good water pressure and temperature. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Had dishes and soap, shampoo etc. (Even a few laundry detergents). I actually left a suitcase behind and they held it for me and everything was in there when picked it up. Nice view.

No usb ports to charge, only plug ins. Had to go ask for the pull out sofa bedding as it wasn't already in apartment, trash dumpster needs signs making it easier for guests to find dumpster. Remote in living room TV wasn't working (but no big deal as just watched TV in bedrooms, I didnt ask for help with remote or it would of been fixed as receptionist was very helpful). Wasn't told needed a parking pass until got an inconvenient call the following day requesting I get one, and then the capital guy was trying to sell me vacation package. My apartment rental on second floor and no elevators so had to carry luggage up/down stairs.

It was nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. The screened in porch with additional eating was great, and the view was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and made for easy cooking.

One of the upstairs sinks was clogged and slow draining most of the trip. The playground was very sad, and while we loved the ability to use the pool at Stormy Point Village, it was sad that there wasn't an outside pool to use at the lodges.

The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is within 17 minutes. The four rooms with four king beds are awesome!! It worked perfect for our group. The pool was great! The outdoor pool was closed but it looked fun for summer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our lodge was not the cleanest (but I must clarify I have very high standards for cleanliness). The wood floors were kind of sticky, although that may be due to them aging, and they made our feet black. I requested a mop and cleaned them (I am sure housekeeping would have done it but I didn’t mind a bit) and I got rid of the dirt but they were still a little sticky. Things were slightly dusty. HOWEVER, I only point this out so others are aware what to expect, not to discourage you from staying. The awesome outweighed any cleanliness issues (and these were things easily remedied - just wear your shoes or ask).
