We went on holiday for the first time at the beginning of the year and settled in this beautiful hotel in Paris. We are very happy for this. The staff is friendly. they made us feel at home. They gave us a wonderful Paris experience. Thank you very much to them. Contrary to what was said, our room was large and spacious. It had a small balcony. Room 402. Our room was cleaned every day. Everywhere smelled nice and was clean. We are very happy to stay in such a place for this price. Deposit transactions took place after check-out. We did not have any problems with that. We had a nespresso machine in our room and drank coffee every day. thanks for everything.... busra nur.

The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. The staff was very detailed and both the check in and check out were extremely swift. They also provided me with last minute early check in and went above and beyond.

The rooms were too small, particularly the bathrooms. The bathrooms were so small that in order to be able to close the door you had to step inside the shower to do so. There was no space in the bathroom at all, there was only enough space for one person to stand. The toilet was behind the door so if you wanted access you had to climb into the shower, close the door and then climb out.

The staff is great and super helpful. I went with my family and they all liked it. Location is great very close to metro station. The bed was very comfortable room was nice and cozy.

Room could have water bottle per guest each day instead of giving the water bottles on on arrival. Just a suggestion : there could be milk powder/creamer in the room for making the coffee or some green tea.

Lovely and welcoming. August means free street parking, a nice bonus! Very comfy beds, good shower (my daughter adored the coloured lights). Great location for Metro, even in August good restaurant options nearby. Nice to have a mini fridge to keep water cold.

The sound-proofing was REALLLY minimal, we could hear every conversation and shutting door. The breakfast was very basic. The room was very small (well, that is normal for Paris) but tough to find even one corner for my open suitcase without blocking the bathroom door.

Staff are great. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Localization is good

I did not like that Hotel holds a deposit almost the same as price of staying in a hotel without any notifications. this deposit is blocked during booking process on booking.com. This deposit requirements must be clearly stated in a hotel description

It’s advertised as having parking but they only have two parking spaces that need to be pre booked which isn’t well advertised if you book via booking.com I found this out because I went on their website and it was too late.

Very friendly and helpful personel. Great location if you are going to Roland Garros or like a quite neighbourhood and still not be to far from center of Paris. Just 30-45 minutes with metro(and it's just around the corner) Also shopping and restaurants nearby.

The rooms are small. Not a problem if you plan to be out of the hotel most the time.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights and I liked the hotel's convenient location, as it's near public transportation. I also liked the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The helpfulness from the hotel staff and they were always cheerful and smiling.

The room felt smaller than expected, but I heard that it's common for hotel rooms in Paris to be small.

Very clean, warm quite room, nice breakfast ( extra charge) Metro near by if you want to go to central Paris. nice neighbourhood- very convenient for my meeting.

No bar, but 2 very close.

The staf was very nice, and VERY helpfull. Good breakfast. Hotel is located about 500 meter from the metro station, so very easy to visit Paris.
