The location is close to so many shops and places to eat. It’s just about 5-10 minute drive to icon park area. The pools were beautiful, the rooms were cleans and staff was friendly.

The $32 plus tax fee a night to park your car is unreasonable it will probably hinder me from coming back.

Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.

Loved every amenities that’s was on the property. The nice Christmas Tree, decoration for Christmas, the amazing big gingerbread house(was our kiddos favorite), the food at restaurant and BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS SO GOOD. Waiter took the time to not only make sure we were good, but as well our 5 and 2 in half year old. Literally went beyond our expectations. This will be a forever place we stay at coming to Florida.

I want say this was a breaking point for us. But some of the restaurants wasn’t open the entire time of our stay such as sushi and hibachi place. It could have been because low on my staff. Because I did notice that every time we tried a new place there we seen some of the same waiters and workers but different places.(Even though they were working didn’t spot, They were friendly every time and remember us).

The staff, especially Bryan (at Italian Place) and Jacon (at bar), were ALL happy, friendly and superb. That makes or breaks a place. This is our favorite spot in Orlando, but we wish we knew about tbe Steakhouse on our 1st visit, not when we were leaving on the 10th + visit. Maybe put a sign in the lobby? All of the food and service was fabulous, as always. Thank you for another great experience!

Loved the pool- the onsite restaurants were great and we loved you didnt have to leave. We will stay here anytime we are in the area from now on. We do not spend alot of time at one theme park.

Not much that needs to improve. The valet parking and parking in general was a very busy due to the sheer numbers of cars but staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean and the high ceilings made them seem larger. We had an issue with our TV but maintenance was there (after 9:30pm) right away to help!

I like that it was conveniently located, anything you would need is on the property and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the pools without being overwhelmed.

I didn't like that staff wasn't helpful as far as check-in. Instead of carrying by bags through the ballroom they could have directed me to the front of building to check in and unload. My shower could have been cleaned better. My sink was clogged. The beds need to be replaced as they are worn. Obviously it's a tourist spot so everything is priced double what it would usually cost. I was asked at check in king or double queen and I asked for king but ended up with double queen. Being that's what I initially booked I didn't say anything I just thought it was crazy to offer something and give them different.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor, and furnishings were in good condition. All the staff was extremely friendly and consistently greeted you, even just passing them by in hallways. The whole lobby, hallways, rooms, outdoors were all maintained well, clean, tidy, and looked cared for consistently. Plenty of onsite food options. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Linens were soft, clean, quality. Same with towels.

Showerhead dripped unless handle was cranked really hard to off. It was lame to have to pay for the fitness room given how much the daily room rate costs. The room thermostat is in a bad location being right under the A/C vent. The cold air would fall right down on the thermostat, stopping the A/C from running, so the room was warmer than the thermostat reading. The thermostat should be across the room.

One of the front desk staff was rude. I left and forgot something in the lobby. When I was already 45 minutes away I called and spoke to a woman from the front desk, I asked her if she could look if my bag was still on the chair in the lobby area and she said no it’s too busy I can’t walk away from the desk. I thought that was extremely rude and inconsiderate since I didn’t want to turn around and drive another 45 minutes if it wasn’t going to be there.

The stay was worth it. I had a great view from my room. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quick, efficient, and easy check-in process. Kevin, the manager at the Mexican/Tequila Restaurant, was amazing, and the gentleman who made the awesome homemade salsa was great. The food and drinks were excellent. The shuttle drivers were professional, very helpful, and patient. My experience at this property was Fantastic. I can't wait to stay again!

Excellent breakfast! This property is wonderful! What a beautiful place! We also found the location very good.

About the service. There is no luggage cart available for you to carry your own bags. And the service that is provided for this is terrible!! I used this service and waited for my bags to arrive in the room for more than 40 minutes. Because of this, I went down and got my bags. Terrible! Another thing, I asked for an extra blanket and it took more than 30 minutes for them to bring it.
