The location of the rooms are on the 1st floor and the units we were given are facing the waterpark. The management was very helpful with details of checking in and out.

The television reception wasn't that good. Most of the time it can't be watched. There's a lamp broken in the toilet n hasn't been fixed. Extra pillows should be spared as some might need 2 pillows to have a good sleep There's also lack of duvet/ comforter blanket in of the room unit. Only a thin mattress sheet is used as a blanket. Management needs to check and balance everything. Other than that.. all is great

Room rate: 8/10 The room is much clean than what I expected including the toilet. Got hot and cold water option. The air conditioning is functioning as well. Really cold. They have a fan too. The room is a bit dark since there is no light at the living area. Might need to add light at that area. The room is facing the theme park so the noise is expected. Great experienced! The property i stayed in block A was good and satisfactory, old building but maintained clean with good function. The pool were well maintained and clean. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool

I wished that the beach facilities are better taken care of….it does look a bit deserted and some of it out side the property looked not well maintained. Perhaps can improve better

The rooms was clean , cozy and big enough for my family size 6 adults and 3 kids

I like the way the room kept very clean and cozy. Additionally jacuzzi was installed in all rooms. Though two rooms it was not functioning but it was comfortable and safe to keep our kids in .

i had a great time & your premium room is a top notch! my mother & i loved it very much! i appreciate the quick reply when i was looking for the code to get the key. the room is spacious & very clean! my mom didn’t sneeze even for a second. the view was amazing & i enjoyed looking at it.💕 thank you so much yea. definitely recommend this place to my friends! not to forget, there's a jacuzzi in the bathroom as well!

Good fun weekend for the kids. Peace and quiet sunset by the beach for some romantic moments for mum and dad

1.Some of the basic facilities are worn, 2.fun items like rope climb and flying fox are quite too costly for its purpose. 3. Pools need better cleaning, some debris like for eg dry leaves still scattered in the pool area.

Everything is ok..the place so tidy and clean. But not have a microwave..overall its good.Insha Allah will repeat again.

The jacuzzi not functioning. I just bought bath bomb for my child excited to see the jacuzzi.

I like the themepark...affordable and most importantly suitable for my 6 and 8 y/o daughter and son... Will definitely choose Beestay again... Convenient check in n out
