Cart was available to load luggage. Breakfast every morning was nice.

From the room I needed to call the front desk, no answer! When I had to go downstairs the front desk said phone did not ring! Doors loudly would slam shut. Constantly, hear doors. It needs better springs to control the closing.

Spacious room. Good location for where we needed to be. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Very clean.

The only thing I really would mention is that we reserved the room for five people with the intentions of using the sofa bed, and there were no linens or pillows for the sofa bed. We had to go ask for them. As well they only gave us two towels for five people. It was no problem getting it once we asked the front staff, but it would have been nice to already have been there when we arrived.

From the time you walk into the lobby it is very warm, welcoming and clean! All of the staff were extremely nice! The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was nice as well--very well kept! Highly recommend.

This is a personal preference--To have more healthier options such as eggs, cheese, etc. The breakfast selection had starchy/sugary items (pancakes, gravy, fruit loops, etc.). Again this is my personal preference.

Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I should have gotten there a bit earlier because I missed the scrambled eggs, but the substitute of prepared from frozen egg and cheese omelets was fine. Coffee was good and choice of foods was very good. The room was clean and the bath had plenty of towels. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, our room had a dresser drawer that refused to stay closed. and no matter how many times we pushed it back in, it would completely open again. Also, the toilet tissue holder in the bathroom was broken on one side making it difficult to keep the toilet roll from falling off onto the floor. We were there on a Sunday and there were no maintenance people available. However, the very sweet lady at reception did try to fix it for us, but it came loose again right away. I appreciated her efforts anyway.

The hotel did not appear dated and the grounds were well kept from what I could see. I liked the space and the accommodations for persons with mobility issues. The bed was roomy and the pillows were comfortable. The towles were also very clean. I shared pictures of my favorite angles.

I smelled a faint smell of mustyness upon entering the room. Fortunately, I brought my spray. The curtains wouldn't close all the way without some major maneuvering (some were not hooked correctly). The wallpaper in the bathroom seemed loose and there was a cracked portion in the entryway of the room. Nothing really really bad. One thing that needs to be addressed, is the green stuff on the shower head!!!!! Soak that in some vinegar or replace it please. That alone made it not worth the price.

The staff was great, friendly and could answer questions about the area and make suggestions.

Wish the breakfast had more variety on the buffet, like french toast one day and pancakes the next. Also better directions with two IHG locations within a block of each other gets confusing for the locals.

Location was awesome. Shannon from the front desk was amazing. Easy check in process. Very courteous and great customer service.

The fact that my husband was still sleeping, while I went to meet the rest of the family for breakfast. . But housekeeping still entered the room anyway. Took out the dirty towels, but didn’t leave any clean ones. So I had to go ask them for clean ones.

Your beds need to be replaced. I dont know why I continue to stay when your beds continue to get worse. Springs can be felt. The bed felt as if i was sliding my head in the wall. The firm pillows were definitely not firm. That is all that needs fixed. Spend money on new beds and you have it licked as being best place to stay.

The staff was excellent. The employees went above and beyond.

The noise from the room up above us. They were loud early in the morning and late at night. I didn't complain because we had our one year old and he was a little loud but nothing like them. Besides that my hotel stay was exceptional.

The breakfast was really great. There were bacon, eggs, Cinnabon, cereal, fruit, juice, etc. The staff was really great. They were kind and friendly. There were minor issues, and they were quick to handle them. On Saturday, the lady was working the breakfast area and the front desk. I didn't see her stop moving the entire time that we ate breakfast. It was clean.

It needs to be updated. The furniture is old.
