Everything was actually perfect. We had a family vacation with 4 adults and a six years old kid. Pool was nice and clean. Water was refreshing when the weather was +27 sun shining. Location is really good, couple kilometers to the Lazise. Lidl couple minutes away by car. We had a car, the parking lot had a lot of space, easy to park. The apartment was big and clean, well equipped. The yard is very lovely and calm. The staff was excellent, nice people with good language skills and happy smile! 😊 Everything worked just perfectly for us.

The Residence is absolutely beautiful, with great facilities on the outside ( outside dining table, playground, pool, pool beds, clean and well cared for gardens, super nice building architecture…), but on the inside I found the place uncomfortable. There is not much taste in the decoration, and the rooms look dark. The shower is so small, you can hardly turn around in it, and we also didn’t appreciate arriving rather late and tired, and had to dress the beds ourselves. With a little imagination, you can surely make the rooms look happier! :) It is a nice location though, to settle and quiet down if you want to visit the area for more days… it was nice to lay by the pool even mid April, as the weather was warm. But for a short stay, I wish we took an accommodation in the historic town, and enjoy more Lazise and it’s amazing sunset! 😍

Amazing place with an interesting history and architecture. This Residence is operated by a big hotel company and has its own reception and the stuff is super friendly. The swimming pool is big and not crowded, great for children. We got very spacious, 2 floors apartment, beds were very comfortable. Very nice service, there is a separate laundry.

Air condition was not sufficient. Although, we asked several times to fix it, still it was too warm in apartment. Location of Residence is not perfect. Walking distance to center or beach is more than 2km which makes it hard to get there during summer time because of hot. Bear in mind, all parking in Lazise are paid 2,5 eur/h. Some hotels have their parking places near to lake, but not Borgo Mondragon.

Almost Everything was just perfect, amazing authentic italian experience, spotlessly clean pool, very clean apartments, garden from heaven, so unique accommodation that we are highly recommending.

The AC is old and not working properly, even if it is working all the time, its not cooling. The mattresses and pillows are not comfortable and not for persons with back problems. There is enough space for more beds, but still there are not, and we had to sleep in the living room, and the bed was not very good for that purpose. There is no balcony, on the second floor, big enough for having coffee and enjoying the view. Still we had very good time, and we are thankful.

Really great place. We booked 3 nights but actually extended it with 2 more nights while we were there because we loved it. Huge apartment, very nice airconditioning, amazing pool and pool area. The grounds on which the property is located is just so beautiful and well kept. It's very close to Lazise, great restaurants and supermarkets.

The double bed was too hard for my taste, but when I told the reception they came with a 'topper' for the bed. It was quite thin so I put a blanket from the bed underneath the sheet too. That helped.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. It is terrific to have a laundry to use, free of charge, during our stay. The bathroom, hot shower, and heated apartment were wonderful. The pool area was great. I went for a dip despite the cool water! Summertime stay would be divine by the pool. Reception & check in was good. Thank you 😊

Nothing, it was all good.

The place was clean and inviting with everything that a family needs to have a great trip. The reception clerk was very nice and helped us with everything we needed and even when we had a small problem with the shower it was fixed almost immediatly

The kitchen needs a bit of renovation. Comfortable beds. Pool capacity is enough for all. Washing machine with detergents available for guests. Each room has a clothes dryer. Rent bike on site.

Rubbish should be taken away more often. Very quickly the container was full. Of course, this may depend on the city, not on the property.

A large family room suited for our 5 members family. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful Plenty of parking place Located close to the GardaLand park.

The washing machine available could be better maintained and cleaned

The apartment was very nice and clean and very quite, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The parking is available at the property. You can reach Lazise lake side by walk.
