a very nice 3.5 stars hotel, with a very central location and a parking space for free. The room was very big , clean and modern and with a view to the Church. Very nice friendly and professional staff, that despite the weekend rush , 80 years of the Batle of the Bulge weekend kept their calm and professionalism. I also like the breakfast with really fresh products, the bread and the croissants were amazing.

Nothing to report, a small group of guests were quite noisy , but the staff sort out the issue in a very fast and professional manner.

The hotel is at Han-sur-Lesse, which is a quaint town conveniently located close to Rochefort. The rooms are spacious, which was good for our pet. They have a big parking space 100 metres away, which was very helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance and the big plus was that the famous Han Cave is a short walk

The mattress was a bit hard for us and we struggled to sleep. The breakfast option is there for 18 Euros, but people could do with more options for the amount,

The room was clean and cosy. The view was of rood tops so not amazing. Location is really great in the little town centre with a good parking space. Breakfast was good with a choice of cold and hot items.

Unfortunately, we had a very noisy room, it got stuffy and if you opened the window for air, you had the noise of the heating constantly starting and stopping. Couldn't sleep at all.

Very clean and comfortable, even though our room was on the small side. Very good shower! Restaurant was OK. A bit pricy but the food was well done but it could have done with a bit more seasoning. Situated within a short walk of the excellent caves. Large, private car parking area.

Excellent location to visit the caves and the animal park. Convenient parking on-site and a family-friendly hotel. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable. The restaurant was very pleasant for dinner.

The bunk beds for children are not very well secured (there is no railing on the upper bunk bed). The breakfast was ok but not very well organized in terms of space so it can get quite crowded in the morning in a limited space. Also, some basic breakfast items are missing such as milk and tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Excellent service from all the team. Newly refurbished hotel with a bar and restaurant. We ate and drank in the bar and had an excellent evening, lots of Belgian beer options too :) Free car park with security barrier. although not used, the restaurant has a secure children’s play room. Good breakfast.

Close to hotel there is a Bar which was really npisy in the night. And esrly morning also there were people outside hotel talking loudly. For 160€ i would expect bit bigger room and with a bath

The hotel staff were friendly and the room was comfortable with a good view of the town. Having the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner was very convenient! Also greatful for the private parking area for our motorbike 👌

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Location was very good for the caves and wildlife park.

The restaurant dinner menu didn't have a vegetarian option.
