We read a lot of reviews with negative comments after we booked but overall we had a good experience. Very quiet location, no traffic noise just the sounds of birds and geckos. The bed was really comfortable, we had a large private pool which was clean and great to relax in. The bathroom was really nice with a garden/outdoor shower that was hot and had good pressure. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good breakfast served in the villa by the pool. The staff had limited English (it is another country!) but this wasn’t an issue and they were friendly and helpful!

The restaurant/bar was closed which we were not told about when booking, the only places to eat within walking distance are roadside stalls. The first night we had pizza delivered and the second night we got a taxi to Ubud so it wasn’t a problem but would’ve been nice to know before hand. The minimart was only a 5 minutes walk away so we got some drinks and snacks to have in the villa. The main pool was also not maintained so we assumed was closed. The entrance way to the villa (a pond with stepping stones) needed a good clean. They did only have two bookings while we were there as tourist numbers are still low. Like so many places in Bali post-Covid there is some maintenance to be done but overall it was a nice stay! I would love to stay again once it is fully back up and running!

I stayed for 6 nights here. I've enjoyed every second of it. The private pool was clean and perfect for swimming (around 160cm depth). The owner and the crew were so polite and helpful. They listened to our requests. They messaged us before our arrival and greeted us. The villa was cleaned each day. The bathtub and shower room was clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was so delicious. Breakfast has 3 options: Omelette, French toast or Pancakes. I've tried all and all options are really tasty. The most amazing part of this villa is the quietness and calmness. No noise, no bike sounds or horns. Perfect for relaxing.

The only part that is a bit of letdown was the location. It's a double edged sword. On one hand you got a super quiet villa that is both reachable to Sanur Beach and Ubud. Also you can find local places and prices. But on the other hand It's far from attractions. I used the Grab most of the time so had no issue to reach touristic spots. If you rent a bike or car the villa has a parking spot which could be useful.

The staff were friendly and the villa was beautiful with lots of small details thought of. The outdoor private bathroom is lovely and the bed was the most comfortable we had in Bali. The private pool was so refreshing and having breakfast served in the outdoor patio was such a nice touch. Also very convenient to get to the airport, east beaches, Ubud, and activities in the north of Bali.

The plants lining the fence aren't fully grown in yet so the pool area kind of overlooks the public pool.

location was a bit far from the airport, but the property was very quiet. Bird noises in the morning was good. We woke at 5.30 am and opened the double doors at the front of the apartment and could watch the sunrise as the open doors looked East. I contacted the management before arriving from Australia and requested a driver. One was arranged for us, and he was very professional and made our arrival and departure to the Villa very easy. Breakfasts were delicious. Would happily stay there again in the future.

The apartment had a miniature spa/pool but was not useable. Being from a Western country was expecting a refrigerator but did not have.

The host Anton, helped us with everything! Fixed diner for us when we arrived becaused our flight landed late, helped us get a better price at the best to buddha and gives us information about many things! They house was great, spacious en nicely decorated.

The staying is not directly on the main road, more like a 10min walk but grab is a easy way to get everywhere and cheap.

The property was very clean and well presented. it was great to have a pool outside. The staff were very accomodating.

There was not comfortable seating for leisure. it was either the bed or the dining room table. the door locks were flimsy and I was broken into.

- Staff are really nice, welcoming and helpful. - Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! - WiFi is pretty decent. - The shower actually works properly unlike most hotels where the water is either freezing or scolding hot.

- Lighting in the room could be better. - Although it's not really the hotels fault, Walking out of the hotel you get almost attacked by local and stray dogs which are certainly not friendly. - Location is a little too isolated without personal transport (Motorcycle etc)

The staff was extremely nice and helped us with everything. They arranged day-trips for us and drove us around, and they gave us their number so we could text them and ask for anything at anytime. The room was amazing and we had the best time! Good food also.

We loved our villa! We spent our first 3 nights of honeymoon there and it was the right decision. Since we made our reservation we were in touch with Kris. He was very quick in responding, despite the time difference (Spain-Bali). He spoiled us! Unfortunately I don't know the name of the rest of the staff, but they were very helpful, kind and hard working. The wife of one of them gave us the best massage ever, she has golden hands. The resort suggested us a driver for our trip and he was amazing too. Speaks good English and will gladly answer all your questions about Bali. The resort is located in a quiet area. If you want to discover the real Bali, then it's the right choice for you. Not many people speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. Beautiful local architecture everywhere and very helpful people. We loved it.

There is room for improvement, but we were very happy with our villa and the stuff working there.
