A compact and high-quality hotel with well-trained and polite staff. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was clean and tidy. The beach, although small, is very stylish and pleasant with great maintenance. Since guests under 16 are not allowed, the environment is peaceful and organized, which really helps you enjoy a more relaxing stay. There is a parking area with a guard present, but the number of spots is limited. The food had good variety and satisfying quality. During the day after lunch and in the evenings after dinner, various artistic and entertainment programs are held for the guests, creating a cheerful atmosphere. Around midnight, the hotel becomes completely calm and quiet. The prices are relatively reasonable. Overall, it’s a good hotel and recommended for those looking for peace, order, and a hassle-free stay.

The number of parking spots in the parking area is limited. Red meat was served less frequently than expected. After 9 PM, there’s absolutely nothing to eat — even the beach snack bar only serves drinks. From 11 PM onwards, only one type of soup with bread is served, which doesn’t quite match the Ultra All Inclusive concept the hotel promotes. There are no medical services available at the hotel, not even for emergencies. Due to a small negligence, my wife suffered a serious burn from hot coffee in the lobby, but unfortunately, there was no proper attention or care — just two pieces of ice in a plastic bag, which left us disappointed.

Everything was great! I never rated 10 to any hotel before. This is my first time, and indeed, Selene deserves 10/10. Staff are super amazing, the place is well maintained, clean, facilities are new! The food is super delicious, with different varieties of food daily, sweets, drinks and everything! Also, the entertainment events are great! I strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to Antalya to stay here, you will have the best experience ever! It's worth everything penny you pay! In fact, you will get way more than what you paid for!

The entertainment program needs to be revisioned. For people under 50 y.o. there is almost nothing to do there in evenings. Once or two times a week there is an outdoor party. And on Saturday there is a band concert. On other days you may get bored. The entertainment is mostly for 50+ y.o. Even though we saw how oldies wanted to dance during the concert. They offer a transfer to a club in Alanya almost(?) every day. But it’s something you have to pay for additionally (entrance and drinks). On the -1 floor there is a disco room that might be used for parties, but it wasn’t (at least during our stay). Another thing is that we had booked a particular table for a birthday dinner. But the staff messed it up.

Location is quiet far from antalya airport and Vip bus is very expensive starts at €100 🫠 But its fine been sorted!

It's our first time in a 5* all inclusive hotel. We arrived at about 21.00pm so the restaurant was suppose to close down. We texted our arrival time ahead and when we got there we were instantly escorted to the restaurant for a bite to eat. The chef had prepared some salads and a table for us and we were still able to grab some things from the buffet. Excellent service. The hotel has it's own little market inside for things like tobacco, chips, drinks and cosmetic products. There's also a barber, gym and a spa on the topfloor. (With a private pool on the roof which looks magnificent, be sure to check that out. 10€ per day or free if you use one of the paid spa treatments). There's also a doctors office inside the hotel. We upgraded to the poolside room (1st floor) and didn't regret it at all. The view is magnificent, the water temperature was pleasant and the room itself was very tidy and neat. Our room was cleaned daily, beds were made daily and we got fresh towels and shampoos every day. The hairdryer was broken and the showerhose leaked. We called maintanance and they showed up 5min later and fixed the issues right then and there. The location is great, many adjoining hotels had some entertainment which we could hear very well and didn't bother us at all (we like some nighttime music). About 100m from the hotel you enter a street with a lot of shops and bazaars including a doctors office and a pharmacy. Other than that there isn't much to do around here, which is fine when staying at a resort like this. Alanya and Side are both about 40min drive so getting a rental car is recommended. The hotel and almost every shop and restaurant in the vicinity all accept European cards as a payment method, though some cost a small fee so be wary of that. The beach is extremely close albeit a bit small. The poolside bar is open 24/7 and offered us a great variety in drinks for free (ranging from beer to whiskeys and cocktails -excl.

Firstly, don’t be put off when reading reviews saying that this is a German hotel. Most hotels (historically) are German in Turkey. The only things German are the food selection (casseroles etc) and the language most of the Turkish staff speak. However, all of the staff tried their best with English, most of them have a good grasp, but at the end of the day it’s up to holidaymakers to make an effort if they’re visiting a foreign country, don’t be arrogant and rude by expecting people to speak your language. There’s lots of attractions nearby, all of which are a very cheap taxi away but why bother if you’re staying in a 5 star “ultra” hotel with its own beach, spacious pool and beds areas (yes more than one area). Spa is absolute luxury. If you go up, Take their offer of a 15 minute free massage. You’ll soon realise that their “All week” package is very reasonable in price, heaven in practice. The hotel management are always available and approachable and just outside is a sprawling marketplace with every tourist thing you’ll need. All in all, worth way more than me and a colleague paid.

Food a little repetitive

If you are looking for a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you! I spent 1 week in this wonderful hotel. The room was very spacious, clean with a wonderful sea view. The complex is facing the sea and has private access to a beach. I really liked the animal figures that I found on the bed every day. They were folded from the fresh towels using a special technique. I've never seen anything like it and I admired the creativity. Thank you for that again. The food in the buffet was very generous with different meals. There were lots of fresh salads and I counted more than 15 different desserts. I would especially like to praise the service staff. They are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. They were always helpful and had a smile on their face. Everything is very well maintained. There is direct access to the sea with some loungers very close to the sea. The beach is protected by a small bay. I really liked the glass dome. There you could eat or have a drink in the evening. Several times I booked a massage at the spa. The massage rooms were facing the sea so you could relax and enjoy the view. I would like to mention Ms. Ata from Customer Relationship in particular. She is very very helpful and friendly person. Thanks again for your support. All in all a very nice vacation and for sure I am coming back to this place!

Great location, lot of shops around the hotel. Access to the private beach with the drink service. Great selection of food and drinks. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms, swimming pools and all other areas were super clean. Excellent live music, atmosphere and entertainments in evenings. 5+ star Hotel. Would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

the hotel reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I arranged transportation last minute, thank you 🙏🏽 foyer open plan with easy access to the lifts, restaurants and pool/beach. The hairdressers is really worth a visit 👱🏼‍♀️👨🏼‍🦰💈the pastries, waffles and coffee shop is lovely 🥰 there is food for everyone, if you have food allergy or gastro issues, I would suggest to email reception and let them know, as this may not flag to them when being booked. all the waitresses and waiter’s are friendly, fun and efficient 💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽 there is daily entertainment, various gymnasts, dancing. The traditional night entertainment was fantastic.

Amazing hotel, pool inside and outside, beach in the hotel, food is amazing and healthy, stuff is crazy nice, didn’t expect that but they really made the stay special! Boys-waiters made us feel welcomed and at home, served better than in an expensive restaurant, cleaning lady was so good to us, cleaning everything and making special birds from towels. location is also nice, not far from Alanya. We rented a car and did sightseeing, city is amazing. Cute cats and they allowed me to feed them haha very nice. they had an event every other night, like karaoke and bands. they finish 23:00 straight

wifi in the dining area was not good, but it was great in the room.
