The room was perfect. Towels and other supplies were replaced daily. Breakfast was very good and there seemed to be enough for everyone. The room was exceptionally quiet. The TV lost reception but after calling in to the desk, a polite maintenance worker came up within 10 minutes to fix it. Internet was fairly consistent. There were a few instances of intermittent "no internet", but not too often. The bed was very comfortable. Aside from that, we enjoyed the stay enough to say we will be back!

The pillows were a bit firm. The only real issue was that only one elevator was working during our 3 day stay. Because it was the first week of July, there were a lot of visitors and long lines at the only working elevator.

Good location. On the beach. Great views. Free parking. Decent breakfast and good coffee. Comfy cool rooms. Walking distance to fishing pier, putt putt golf and restaurant.

A little outdated. Doors didn’t close well.

I've been staying here for a 3rd time. I love this hotel! Fresh made breakfast. Clean facility. Jacuzzi & pool are hiding in a shadow, so you can hang out there on a hot sunny day until it's time to go to the beach in the evening. Super nice staff. No musty smell or anything like that in the room (neat & dry).

I would live to see duvet covers instead of blanket-sheet combos (it's hard to sleep with a "sandwich" type bedding. I was always loosing either or a blanket, or a sheet). Low pillows for stomach sleepers would be a nice addition (as a choice).

Beach view, large room, great breakfast, balcony, great bed, wonderful shower, helpful maids

We were told wrong time for breakfast when we checked in, so barely got breakfast first day. When I said something to morning person at desk that day, response was that there was a sign with times on the door to breakfast. There was no PR, sorry that happened to you, etc. Microwave didn't heat well

Our room was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The bathroom had new plumbing fixtures. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive—it was clear they did their best to accommodate guests. They replaced our towels and cleaned the room of sand after beach visits. The breakfast offered a varied and delicious menu.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was unbearably loud. Our room had two beds, and one of the AC vents blew directly onto one of them—a poor design choice. We had to block that vent to avoid freezing our ears. I truly don’t understand how, in 2025, hotels in the U.S. still use such noisy AC units, especially in buildings with thin walls. Modern, quiet HVAC systems have been the standard for decades. Bottom line—bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

Location was perfect! Breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve ever had at any hotel with plenty of choices to satisfy just about anybody! We left the “do not disturb” tag on the door because we wasn’t sure if the grandbabies would need a nap at some point from being tired from our excursions and we discussed how we really needed more towels. When we returned from the busy day, there was a bag of fresh towels and toiletries hanging on the door. Like they read our minds!! We’ve NEVER had that happen at any hotel chain!!!

Elevator was slow and there was a baseball/softball tournament nearby because the pool was full of rowdy teenagers without any adult supervision… so the grands didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool but… we still enjoyed our stay!

It was nice. The beds were quite hard if you prefer a soft mattress this is not the place for you. One of the elevators was broken so you had to wait a while and the power did go out one night for about 30 to 45 minutes. The air conditioner worked wonderfully the balconies were very nice to have and the breakfast was pretty good. All in all I would stay here again seeing as though as I stayed in a lot of hotels and they all seem to have very hard beds.

The word quite a few drunk people at the pool, which was a little offsetting when you’re trying to enjoy it with your family

I loved the ocean view and balcony. The room was always cleaned and refreshed with everything we needed. The staff was helpful, always smiled and asked if there was anything we needed. The hotel was convenient and easy to find. The breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of choices. It was easy to cross the road to get to the beach. I liked that a pier was within easy walking distance, too.

Our shower door would not stay closed and would roll back about 8 inches thus getting the floor wet. The shower head did not work properly and needs to be cleaned. There were many of the holes blocked in the head.

The room was very clean. I love that the night stand had two types of charging ports and a 2 prong charger. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a nice lighted mirror. The balcony was nicely situated to view the Gulf. I did not go to the pool however, it stayed full day and night. My one complaint is the first night of our stay people were at the pool at 11 at night and they were loud. The staff did not address the issue. Breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of food. The hotel is in a great place. I originally red I would have to walk a distance to get to a good part of the beach. However, I felt the section we were near was just fine.

The main I did not like was that pool hours was not enforced.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the parking was easily available close to the entrance doors for no additional charge. The breakfast selections were presented well and tasted good.
