Front desk lady was excellent. Room was plentiful.Ac was good. Gym was clean, front lobby was nice.

No fridge, but lady at front desk held my drink for me. Pretty much zero shower water pressure. No orange juice at bfast.

The Inn and staff are excellent in making sure their customers are comfortable in all ways. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The beds felt comfortable. We were on the 1st floor next to the gym and our room was so soundproof. We never heard any noise or any disturbances. This was one of the best Hotels that we have stayed in. Also, another thing I like is the parking accommodations. We were able to park in a reasonable spot. The Hotel is near the highway. Just everything about LaQuinta Inn was excellent.

Everything about La Quinta was excellent. I have no negative remarks. My family was so pleased. When my family is happy, I'm happy. We can't stop talking about how nice this trip was at the LaQuinta Inn.

We stay here every time we cruise out of Galveston. Many cruisers do the same. It is an easy drive to the cruise port from this location. They also have a decent breakfast buffet, not great, but adequate. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They also offer parking fro cruisers that is much less expensive than parking at or near the port. They use contracted drivers to get you to and from the port.

Do not get a room on the lobby floor near the front desk. It can get noisy at night and early mornings. I made that mistake once so I make sure not to get the room at that location. They are very accommodating.

Beautiful, modern, and very comfortable hotel with wonderful and attentive staff. Very nice covered parking. Enormous rooms.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to where I was going

The room itself was clean, presentable and comfortable. The bathroom however someone had left a washcloth behind the toilet and it was missed, which I realize can happen, but when I looked up to the vent and saw all the dust and dirt falling out of it, that should be cleaned it was gross. I got out of using the bathroom as quickly as possible. This stuff should be clean. Guests should not be showering and cleaning ourselves with vent with dust falling out of it.

Breakfast was great, location was close to cruise port and beaches, staff was AWESOME. Front desk employee was super helpful and accommodating. Stored our luggage before AND after our stay due to arrival and departure times that didn’t coincide with check-in, even let us use the pool during our waiting period, had to give us a key card. He went above and beyond to meet all of our needs at each opportunity. We were very appreciative of his great costumer service. Super friendly and nice person. Watched him interact with other guests in the same professional and courteous manner the entire time we were there. He’s top notch.

The staff was great any information that I needed to help but your pillow Are too hard and very uncomfortable to sleep But other than that everything was gave you a hotel at 5 star which 5 being the best.

But you do need to change your breakfast menu now and then maybe put out some better fresh fruit besides apples and banamaybe some strawberries or blueberries for the waffles change your eggs and sausage we ate that for 3 days Every breakfast And I understand trying to keep it low budget so maybe some Eggs and country sausage small little Links. Really I don't know just change breakfast now and then something different besides sausage and eggs

Room was spacious. Breakfast was on point!

The front desk clerk was kind of rude when we arrived. I told her we had reservations and gave name and she said, "Not Here"! Three times she repeated, "Not Here"! I showed her my reservations number and she said they had my first name as last. Never apologized for being rude. She just set the wrong mood for the first person you see on vacation.

The breakfast was good couldn't ask for nothing better. The location wasn't were I wanted to be by the beach. But I'm glade we visit La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

The only thing is the pool wasn't ready to swim in the water was dirty green. But i still don't hold that against them because everything was great.

Ice machine didn’t work on our floor and phone not working in either room. At checkout time an Uber car was parked wrong way on ramp and our car had to be at a slant to load suitcases to leave. A member of our party fell and hurt themselves scraping knee and arm. Blood everywhere went in to clean him up with some napkins. Another person said something to the hotel staff that he fell and they never offered a word, are you ok or anything. Not happy!
