Central position, close to the old town and to the center Niemeyer

To improve: if no person is at the reception for the check in, please allow that to be done by text messages. Traffic is very noisy near the hotel and we (me & your remote employee) needed to scream at each other to provide the information requested for the check in

Good hotel in a location very close to the Place d'Espana in the centre of the city. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, a good shower and bed was super comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast selection which was reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay very much.

No hot drinks facilities provided in the room, or vending machine in the hotel. You need to bring your own drink. I was thirsty in the night.

The room was clean, basic but we had everything we needed. It was located well.

we got there 12 mins after the front desk closed. after getting in via the call button, we sat for 5 mins thinking someone would come and check us in. it was then that we noticed the video check in. went smooth from there.

Beds are quite hard for our liking. More or extra options for breakfast would have been nice. For €6 offered 1 slice of toast, coffee and orange juice.

Excellent location, really comfortable compact room for the one night stay, to lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and a good parking facility next to the hotel for €11 for 24 hours. Definitely recommended all round

Very good central location and convenient when walking the Camino. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The girl on reception was very efficient, helpful and spoke English well. Would highly recommend.

The location is great yet quiet. There was a tub. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The walls are mostly dry walls and you can hear a lot . A/c wasn't working. It only turned on in the morning when we didn't need it anymore.

Lovely room next close to the city centre and the bus station. We checked in at night due to a late flight and remote check-in worked flawlessly.
