The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable layout that makes for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The SPA facilities were excellent — well-maintained, relaxing, and a real highlight of the stay. Overall, everything was quite good, and the experience met expectations in every way. A solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the high rate charged for a single room, breakfast should be included. Also, the fridge in the middle of the room was quite noisy at night, which was a bit annoying.

Very clean hotel! The bedroom was pristine and had a lovely overall smell! Bathroom was really clean and comfortable! Apart from this the entire staff is polite and attentive! Special mention to the lady that works at night at the front desk (unfortunately I cannot recall her name), who gave me complimentary access to the exec lounge because I had just had a horrible experience at another hotel.

Only thing I’d like to point: It was impossible to cast from my phone nor my iPad to the room’s TV.

I traveled from Calgary, Canada for work to Sao Paulo. The location is great. It's far away from downtown, but you don't want to stay close to downtown Sao Paulo for safety purposes. All the great restaurants are close to the JW Marriot. The pool area is great and the room is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed most the Bar of the Hotel, at night it was Blues night and the band was great, and the attention, food and drinks were the best.

This hotel is fantastic in every way. Beautiful design. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Great food options. But most of all the excellent staff. Especially the concierge Sergio who was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and securing reservations.

Great facilities, great decor. Weird region of São Paulo to build a hotel in, but convenient if you need to be around those parts. Breakfast was very impressive - felt like 5star hotels in China.

Staff need more training

The service was superior from the moment we arrived on the site. The valets were amazing. The reception was amazing as well. Because it was our wedding night, our room had been upgraded and we were treated to Champaign and a delicious cake. We arrived later than we expected. The Champaign was no longer cold. The valet had that exchanged immediately. The room was beautiful in every regard, furniture, appointments, lighting, every little detail. Breakfast from room service was o credibly prompt and delicious! I can not thank and appreciate you enough for the experience. The lobby was so incredibly beautiful as well. The hotel was quiet and the bar tender was kind enough to take some pictures for us in there lobby too.

I wouldn’t change anything

I have stayed in the same company in others countries. They are very good. By the way, Marta from the breakfast was really kind and happy woman. Good staff makes all difference.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is good located to a big Shoppingcenter.
