Unfortunately, I don't ever eat breakfast there. I get up too late because I am relaxing on the comfortable beds.

Most of the day Saturday, nobody was available at the front desk for pool towels and then after, hotel room toilet paper. We called the front desk, we went to front desk three times ringing that bell, but nobody came. It wasn't until late in the evening about 10 pm, the lady was at front desk to get us toilet paper. We stayed two nights to relax

Always a Go-To place for me and mine. The rooms are a great size especially if you have little ones wanting room to run around and play. The bathrooms are nice and huge too. The kitchenettes I never use, but they are equipped with all your cooking needs. I love the setup all around. The king beds are so comfortable.

The location is not the best because of the airport, but it is nice. Close to the gas station, casino if you are a gambler, and next to Dairy Queen.

Breakfast was good. Coffee not so much. Large coffee machine was not labeled. One side had hot water other side something not coffee. Good coffee was in pump device, but it took 3 tries to find it. Food was excellent so that was nice. Was quite, room was very nice, and bed was comfortable. Parking was great. If you needed too stay in Great Falls a few days the suite we were in would be fantastic. We may even do that

The room was very spacious and clean. The included kitchenette was really handy. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked grate.

Not having a mobile showerhead (European style) and separate water pressure/temperature controls was quite uncomfortable. For someone like me, who cares about his diet. The breakfast didn't provide enough healthy foods (and by healthy I mean unprocessed). I would prefer to have whole milk, non low-fat yogurts, some variety of cheeses. Fresh baked bread. Also, using disposable plastic cutlery is environmentally unfriendly.

Breakfast was good, with numerous options. We loved our room!

This ended up being our second nights stay. There ended up being an hour-long wait outside due to a fire in the room, across and down one from our room. Evidently, a candle had been lit and left burning, prompting the alarm and sprinklers to go off. My wife and I have both been in management positions in the past, and we felt that, given the circumstances, your manager and team did a great job handling this situation. All this being said, we would not hesitate in the slightest, to stay here again, and hope to do so again in the future. Kudos to your manager and staff ( some of whom were family volunteers helping out)!!!

My wife and I are riding our ADV motorcycle together through the American West, visiting national parks and historic sites. We were headed for Glacier National Park when we stopped in Great Falls. Not only was the hotel terrific, the room large (with a kitchenette!), and the hot breakfast good, but the young lady at check-in let me park my motorcycle under the covered entrance next to the building, where it would be under lighting and more visible to staff. Awesome! That’s excellent customer care, going above and beyond the call of duty. Definitely will think of MainStay in the future.

Great location, friendly staff. Me and my children had a wonderful time, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend them for any travelers or even locals looking for a place to relax and get away.

Pool and hot tub was a little unclean. Complimentary breakfast ran out of waffle mix and there was a little shortage on food. I seen a family not be able to have anything to get for their children.

Overall, it is clean and welcoming. Pleasant and friendly staff. Scott (at the front desk) was extremely helpful with an expertise in perfect customer service care.

The sliding bathroom door that a huge gap in it and the lock didn't stay latched. Terrible design for bathroom door and especially, in suites with multiple beds.

Location of facility, centrally located to all activities we accessed. Breakfast, coffee and staff all outstanding.

I don't mind pets in the hotel, which I never saw for the most part except when we were entering and leaving the building at the rear entrance there was dog poop right by the door and then smeared down the sidewalk. Consequently probably tracked into the building and onto the carpet..yuk. perhaps you would consider a specific fenced-in area for pets to do their business and that would remind owners to clean up after their pets.

Have stayed here with a prior visit, and this visit was just as great as the last .The location is great, very easy to get into & out of the city. The rooms are very large and clean with Extremity comfortable beds. Breakfast was very enjoyable and has several great choices, with plenty of seating. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. Already planning my next stay
