Nothing at all it was comfortable and just what we wanted.

We love going to Rocky Drift, the scenery is absolutely wonderful, you feel so at peace with the trickling water and mountains, the facilities for the kids is awesome and they are bust all day. The cottages are clean and have everything you need, remember this is a mountain area so there will be the odd little insect that comes to say hi. The restaurant is also great and offers lovely meals, just let the team know in advance. We love it here!

The fact we could not stay longer. The grounds are very well kept and honestly I would not change anything. We had one towel that needed to be changed but really this is not a big issues and the onsite team are lovely and helpful.

Rocky Drift is an incredible destination where you'll be welcomed by the soothing sounds of running water. The lush plant life and natural scenery along the walk are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect escape from the city to immerse yourself in nature. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hosts are always eager to help make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Ants are part of the natural landscape; keep your food secure. Otherwise, a perfect experience.

What an awesome place, us as well as our dogs had a wonderful visit. The food at the Fork and Spoon was exceptional and service and friendly family that run it were absolutely wonderful. The hiking with river crossings and picnics was incredible! The water is soo fresh and clean, we all had a swim in the river. I would recommend Rocky Drift to anyone that just wants to unwind and enjoy what nature has to offer. An absolutely awesome place!

I loved the location and how free my dogs were, all the dogs were off lead and soo happy. It was beautiful to see all the socialised dogs playing together off lead. The stream was right in front of the cottage so my dogs could go swimming when ever they wanted. The wood fired hot tub was lovely.Wish I stayed longer.

The humm of the fridge was a bit loud at night when the doors where closed but it was okie coz we where so tired from the day’s activities that we fell asleep early every night.

We enjoyed the stay as a stop over between Joburg and Kruger. It was quite cold during the night but Hans and Cheryl lit a fire in the apartment and provided heating blankets. That made it comfortable. The area is beautiful and has to be an own trip worth it in summer.

The location is great as it's hidden away in the mountains. Beautiful hiking trails. The staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Although the electricity were off in the whole municipal area, the staff made the best of the situation for us.

The peace and tranquility of the location was a huge plus and Jacques, who took care of our stay, was always available to see to any of our needs. The accommodation was incredibly clean and offered us everything we could possibly have needed.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Warren was welcoming and professional and the other staff were friendly. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and our cottage was comfortable, clean and well equipped.

The en suite loo is very confined. 😂😂The door only just misses the bedside table but otherwise everything was great.

The property feels secluded making it a good place for relax and re charge. The sound of running water from the river is soothing. The property is well kept and looked after to a high standard. Close proximity to Al the hiking trails.
