The property and facilities were beautiful and well kept. The beach had storybook white sand and clear water - truly unreal.

The food was not good. The preferred (top tier package) breakfast was the only decent food we had in 3 days. Everything else lacked flavor or tasted like frozen food heated up. The absolute worst had to be the late night menu pizza - cardboard with cheese. They tried to cover it up with beautiful presentation but don’t be fooled - even the nice restaurants had subpar food. We were not informed there was a dress code for men for dinner - long pants, collared shoes. Who wears long pants on vacation lol plus it was 91 degrees every day. The pants they had at the gift shop were $200 USD. Just would’ve been nice to know in advance. Also, they really pushed you to visit their new resort in exchange for excursion credits.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. All of the staff are really nice and friendly and we had the most relaxing time, it was hard to leave!

I’d give the food a 6/10, but we weren’t there just to eat so it was okay. When you check in they kind of force you to sit with an employee who offers additional services like spa, beach dinner etc, which is fine but I’d like to have the option. We were so tired from traveling that day we really just wanted to get to the room, shower and eat. That was the only thing I didn’t like. Also, be aware of the “timeshare” offer, the employee didn’t tell us that they were trying to get us to sign up for that, she just told us to visit a sister hotel for breakfast and we’d get a $50 voucher. I wasn’t happy about that because it wasted my time.

The choice of restaurants was excellent

The sheets in the beds always felt very damp and cold and the air con didn't help the situation. Also did not appreciate being persuaded to visit your newly built hotel and once there was almost forced to buy into your timeshare. This ruined our holiday and only received 50 dollars for attending. Was told it would take an hour and half of our time but took 4 hours which made us all very unhappy

Since this was an all inclusive resort we ordered room service breakfast and it was honestly very good. The staff were so attentive and kind, anything we needed we only need to ask or use the app! Would definitely come back when I can!

Honestly everything was so wonderful, I only had a few complaints. The room we got was the junior swim out pool and whilst I loved the privacy of our own pool the worst part were the mosquitos. They would enter in our room and it was uncomfortable to sleep with multiple of them everywhere, Other than that it was all good,

Food was exceptional. Location to beach front and easy access to all pools. Lots of sun loungers.

We were talked into going to a presentation to a new, nearby hotel belonging to the Hyatt group. Waste of 3.5hours of our day.

Everything was fantastic, the service, the facilities, the employees were all great! We enjoyed Juan, he made sure to try and include us in the activities going on! The food was all so delicious and excellent, great for the price of the place, exceeded all of our expectations!

nice location, it’s on isle mujeres so it’s quiet and beautiful compared to hotel zone. The staffs are all super nice. Room service is superb. Great selection of restaurants.

Some facilities are a bit dated like hair dryers. Also not enough outlets for my phone, tablet and Apple Watch.

Everything was amazing, the food, beach, day/night activities, and especially the staff! Our room was huge and amazing and house keeping did a fantastic job.

Not a bad thing to say

The location is fantastic, the enormous pool area leads directly to the beach, so you can wander between both. There are great bar facilities at both areas, a lovely beach bar with swings, and a swim up bar at the pool! The breakfast had an amazing selection, everything from cooked breakfast, omelette station, pastries, continental breakfast, fruit, everything. The room was great, fantastic bed and bathroom.

It is all inclusive which is great, however the cocktails tended to be more 'cocktail mix' than actual made from scratch cocktails, but great all the same. It could do with a few more evening locations, I think the piano bar was not in action because they were using it as a covid testing area, so maybe if that had been there it would have been better.

The staff is incredible. Cannotndo enough for you.

Very poor quality alcohol intentionally served from top shelf bottles. Its dishonest.
