Staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly . Even with limited English they went out of their way to please. In all my travels there have been very few that I could Rate this high.

I don’t know enough to comment but the extras as advised on Booking are not clear. Breakfast could be a little varied. Very minor issue

Staff is very helpful with booking tours. Staff do not speak English but they use google translate and we managed to communicate well. We did 2 tours and they are great! 12 hour per tour but not expensive and worth it. The hotel booked it for us including English tour guide. Cheaper that what you find on Internet and again, great! Wifi was fast!

The staff are lovely here and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean, good location too. Easy to walk everything you need!

Central location only 10 minutes walk to central square and 2 blocks from main restaurant street. Limited free onsite parking. Hotel basic but clean, breakfast included.

Quite a lot of noise can be heard from other rooms and corridor; air con noisy so hard to keep it on overnight; breakfast pretty basic though some fresh fruit is available.

Good location, secure off-street parking, reasonable breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi in the room. Aircon.

Bed wasn't that comfortable and was two singles, pushed together as a 'double'. Can be noisy when other guest arrive late by car, as access to the carpark runs right between the rooms.
