Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast (55zl per person) and very pleasant staff. Location is slightly off the centre and access along the river walks from the hotel to the “Green Bridge” are temporarily difficult due to massive rebuild works directly in front of the Gdansk Crane. This work is forecast to be finished early 2025. Otherwise a nice hotel and definitely recommended.

Temporary access problems to the riverside walks.

The location was perfect. A stone’s throw from the river and all the bars and restaurants along there. About 15 mins from the main centre but plenty of things on the way. The room was large. A king size bed. Chairs and table to relax in. Very good facilities in the room. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t really find a bar there. But this didn’t really affect us as do many in the vicinity. Our room wasn’t available on the first night so the hotel contacted me the day before and I was put up in another hotel nearby of equal quality. Breakfast complimentary and a complimentary taxi in the morning to transfer. Slight inconvenience but didn’t impact too much.

Friendly and helpful staff, situated away from the main hustle, bustle and noise up a side street, an excellent location, but only a few minutes walk to the centre. There was also an area of green space with a table or two to sit in at the front of the hotel . Our room was clean and comfortable and had fully opening windows, which I prefer as some hotels don't have windows which open, onto a small Juliet type balcony behind glass. The room didn't have air conditioning (it was installed but we hadn't asked to use it ...you may have to pay extra) and although it was very hot whilst we were there we managed ok as our room didn't face into the sun. Breakfast was good value, plenty of choice and varied slightly day to day.

The siren noise from the opening bridge could be heard every half hour but it wasn't too intrusive and didn't sound in the night. This is ofcourse nothing to do with the hotel, it's just a quirk of the location and didn't spoil our stay

We stayed for 4 nights in March 24, requested a quiet room and the hotel provided this by allocating us a room at the end of the corridor. We thought the room facilities were very good and the room was cosy. We were also glad to have an English-speaking channel on the tv. We thought the soundproofing in the hotel was very good and we also enjoyed the breakfasts - which had good variety and were tasty. Staff were good and the hotel was well located for exploring the city. We liked the fact that it was away from any noisy main roads and noisy bar areas.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We would like the to thank the hotel and the staff for an excellent stay.

The location is great - on the edge of the beautiful old town, but in a very quiet area. Room was big enough, clean, comfy.

Recommendation - instead of instant coffee in the room, there could be a coffee machine in the reception - for those who don't want breakfast and/or do not like instant coffee. We found a solution with the help of the staff, we got coffee from the breakfast table and the price of the coffee was added to the bill.

There was an unpleasant smell when you walked into the room each time (bad drainage we assume). Breakfast although nice had limited options e.g. only three hot food options of scrambled eggs/sausages/veg. First day we went later and you could tell how long the cheese etc was sitting out uncovered as the edges were hard

Just 15-20 minutes walk from the main station, and even though it is on a quiet street it is actually just 1 minute from the river front! The room was large and clean and I appreciated the water being topped up every day. Also - the hand soap had a beautiful scent!

I could hear some neighbours chatting through the wall, but it wasn’t loud and they were finished by 10pm.

Room was quiet and spacious, location perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, service at the breakfast was a big plus.

When I booked the room I read on Booking.com about spa area with two saunas and possibility to buy spa treatments. Saunas were there but the whole spa area was moldy, unfinished, ghostly and seemed abandoned.

The room was spacious, if a little dated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The location was great; very close to the river and many restaurants.

The air conditioning did not appear to work; but it was not hot so we didn't ask for it to be looked at. The grout in the bathroom was stained, there was no shelf in shower to put conditioner, etc

Hotel is on a very quiet street but only a minute from the waterfront, 15 mins from railway station & 10 mins to Green Gate. Very comfortable room with fridge & safe; excellent breakfast.

Only very minor issues - room was dark near wardrobe, an extra light would be useful; no tray in shower for shampoo etc.
