Staff is the greatest. I have stayed there twice in the last few months. Your staff is cheerful and helpful.

Cost of parking is outrageous. If you are staying at the hotel $10 or less should be sufficient. I should also get discount for parking being a Bonvoy member. I hate to look for a different location the next time if fly. Yours has always been the best for me coming from Delaware. $25 a night is all most the cost of a one-way flight.

The night of our stay me and my three children showed up later in the night after a long day. The Lady at the counter that assisted us at check-in and with the snack shop was MORE than helpful for me and my family and I am very thankful for her kind assistance. I do not recall her name but she was a younger lady with longer hair ( wanna say an orange tent). I just wanted to let her management know she’s doing an amazing job!! Thank you.

Cleanliness and staff location were all good

The bartender had the job of three people it seemed. He held it down but had to man the bar, cook and go from hotel to hotel for supplies and change for customer purchases. Also there needed to be more of a variety options on the food menu ( at least wings or Caesar salad)

Coming in we were greeted by the receptionist. Was very quick and efficient. Everything was in order and clean. Came to the room and was in great shape. Staff was very polite we have greeted them if they were around and they greeted us back. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions for me. The little convivence store is great because we didn't have to leave the hotel to grab snacks. Overall great place and definitely will book again when we are in Philly. This was the quietest sleep my partner and I got in a hotel since we have been going to Philly often. So kudos on that!

The ONLYYYYY thing was the lobby seemed pretty hot. Other than that, nothing whatsoever.

Love the location and pet friendly aspect and no extra charge for our dog ! Your hotel is unique for this service and we appreciate it! Staff are friendly and efficient. On our last two visits, staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for a specific room which makes our stay even better !

We stay here regularly when we visit Philly. Only one time our room was not as clean as normal but it seemed to be a fluke.

Open lobby, confortable common area, Staff was very friendly/ helpful. Room Neat and clean. nice ammeities and adequate space for work. Shuttle to airport was a bonus and the driver was great. Great location

Bed was not confortable and pillows were meh.

Clean room and friendly staff. Dashawna at the frontdesk was amazing. She provided us with a welcoming check in as well as a great checkout. I stayed there for the Philly marathon and she provided us with a late checkout so I can shower and get ready after the race. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely stay at this property again next time we’re in Philly.

Bedroom blinds on one of the windows was not functioning properly and I was on the second floor. I could clearly see people in the parking lot so I felt they could also see me in my room. That made me uncomfortable but everything else was fine. Had a splitting headache. The did not have any pain relievers that could be purchased. Most facility now have sundries available.

i appreciated the games they had in the lobby for the children to play with. The location was great and parking was easy.

Because we were traveling with young children I specifically requested for all three of our rooms to be close. They couldn’t have been more far apart if we were in different hotels. My daughters room was on the second floor my sons room and my room we’re on the third floor but on complete opposite ends of the hotel. There was a small amount of trash in the bathroom trash can and one of the bath towels was flung over the towel bar as if it was used. Lastly I ordered a glass of wine at the downstairs bar and it was a very small pour in an oversized plastic cup. Blah!

The overall was wonderful

There was no microwave in the rooms only in the lobby area. Parking was had to find in the evening hours.The refrigerator didn't work and there was no hot or warm water in the shower. Other than those small matters everything else was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quite for the most part.When I address those small matters to them they took care of me in which I greatly appreciated. They were highly professional and I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.
