Really close to the train station, so no need for a stressful trip by car. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is out of this world - if you leave hungry, it is your own fault. The facilities are up to standard. There are also lots of lovely hiking possibilities in the area, so if you are a nature lover, this is the place to go to. It was a great relaxing experience - so much so that we already booked there again for later this year!

Absolutely nothing.

The Owner was very friendly and very informative, showed us round all the amenities the hotel had to offer. We were on our motorbikes and the owner spent time with us showing different routes around the area to go. The hotel is just bed and breakfast and what a wide range of variety for breakfast. the bedrooms are immaculate and the facilities in the upgraded rooms are outstanding. we had a balcony with sun loungers on it which was a nice touch we also had a separate living room. Being able to use the spa facilities was a bonus. our motorbikes were locked up securely in a garage. I could go on and on about how good this place is. definitely all credit goes to the owner & staff.

anyone that’s has any complaints about this place must be very hard to please

The room was very comfortable, with a fridge, kettle and a small electric oven, which you can use to heat up the food that they sell in a couple of vending machines in a common area (they also offer drinks, sweets and ice cream). Breakfast was amazing: huge variety of both cold and hot products, FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE, good coffee, prosecco. The spa facilities were also very good, especially the saunas (attention, you can't wear any clothes in there) and the "experience shower", which simulated tropical storms with sound, light and aroma.

It was a great stay, however the water in the indoor pool and the outdoor jacuzzi was way too cold, so we couldn't enjoy them.

What lovely staff! they went beyond to make me and my friend feel welcome. My friend had recently had some wellness issues which was why we chose to go to this area and they were so accommodating to my friend. the area was good for long walks. Breakfast was amazing and the warming stone loungers where you could overlook the lovely black forest as the mist would roll up and down. Just amazing receptionist and welcoming staff!

The owner and staff we very helpful. Offered me a wonderful covered parking spot for my motorcycle. I arrived on a very warm afternoon after a long ride and they gave me a fan for the hot room, which really helped. Nice indoor pool and wellness facilities. All very good.

We loved the spacious rooms and the beautiful indoor pool facilities. I wasn’t able to go in the hot tubs outdoors because of my 3 year old, but it looked lovely as well. The staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and friendly. They upgraded our room to a suite, away from the street when we arrived. It’s also nicely convenient to the playground, several restaurants, the bookshop and bon bon (candy) shop (highly recommended!)

Everything was super clean, the Spa area was amazing and really versatile.

Having to pay for bathrobes is a little bit frustrating when going into a „Wellness Hotel“.

I lovely recommend. Wellness areas top! Breakfast was more than enough. The landscape wonderful and lots to do in the area .

Nothing bad.

Good and very new wellness facilities (whirlpool, sauna, pool, etc.). Room very new. Great breakfast (good coffee machine, many fresh fruits, etc.). Friendly and helpful staff.
