The hotel was very cheap so I didn't expect too much , on arrival it was raining so l parked in the Underground garage, check in was easy, the receptionist was fast and friendly. The room was nicely finished in red, black and white and was clean and spacious. At the price l didn't expect much but the mini bar contained two bottles of water, a beer and a coke which were free of charge. There is also no charge for pets. The garden has a children's play area and chess game. Breakfast was better than many more expensive hotels.

Location was some way out of town The lifts looked rather shabby and the garden was in need of tidying up.

Comfortable & spacious room & bathroom , great views from small balcony (7th floor, 703). Media allright , enormous TV-screen . Flexible friendly staff (if any around). Green garden terrace. Free minibar in the room, great value for such a beautiful room.

Except 7-10 AM (breakfast ) , no service at all ! No reception until 15 hours, no coffee , no nothing . Coffeemaker should be nice. Big moths got caught in the light ornament lat night, kept struggling to get out, but we couldn’t reach them . One should close the big holes on top of the lamp (they werd high up & very dusty) , with gauze or something.

Hotel from outside needed attention. Great free parking outside. Staff great and friendly. Room was so big with nice lounge chair and sitting chair, large screen tv. Juliet balcony facing the forest. Bed was so comfortable and to my liking. I had a dog with me which was very welcoming. Right next to the forest with wonderful easy walking paths all over. Walking dog at night was great because area was well lit. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, 3 kinds of sausages, cheeses, cold meats, yogurt, fruit, bread, rolls, croissants, juices, coffee machine and much more. Friendly staff too. In room drinks in frig that were free.

Outdoors could use a lot of updating and some updating in some areas indoors but did not spoil the stay. For the price including breakfast as booked thru booking.com it was the best price.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It was modern and quirky with a cool black, white and red theme. We were only there for 1 evening so we didn't take advantage of the many amenities that they offered but the gym looked nice and I saw a golf simulator in the hall. It was in a quiet end of town.

Distances in the Black Forest are deceiving since the Germans don't really believe in straight roads so it was a good hour away from the main area of the Black Forest where the cute villages are. For the money I saved staying there it was worth the extra driving.

Spacious room (6th floor) with awesome view of forest. The bedroom was clean with massive comfortable bed, bar fridge with free soft drinks, large modern bathroom, big tv (didn't use), modern ambience lighting. Best value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. You need a car its outside Freudenstadt.

Hotel entrance is seedy, the place needs a refurbishment, the lift interior is shabby with cracked mirrors.

The location is amazing. The views are spectacular and for the price, the facilities they offer is just one in a million deal. Totally worth it for spring and winter season.

We visited during the summer and there is no air conditioning or fans. The temperature inside the room was exceeding 40°C. Even with windows open, it was very hot to take rest or sleep. Will not suggest visiting in the summer season.

Location walkable from town centre. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Free 4 drinks in mini bar upon arrival. Free upgrade on arrival to fit us in. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Free snacks at reception to :)

Only negative is not being able to get a hot drink in the day as no tea/kettle :) British requirement :) or coffee available at hotel except at breakfast.

It was quiet area.

A housekeeper man ( tall and very rude) I asked , I tried asked him a question and he was very rude person who gave me a very rude answer when I, politely asked him if was there a receptionist at reception and his answer: I am not receptionist I am a housekeeper so I don’t know if there is a receptionist here! I was shocked how could a person being so rude

Big room, free minibar, outstanding view. Nice breakfast with prior booking a day before.

Regrettably, on one of the day's hot water was unavailable from the evening until approximately 2 PM the following day, negatively impacting the overall experience.

We had a wonderful breakfast and a comfortable room! Our experience was made even better by the great deal we got, so we recommend it! The tv was big.

Parking was a bit of an issue: While we were initially told that parking was included, we couldn't find any available parking spaces outside. However, after a brief search, they provided us with free access to the underground parking. Wrong Address on Booking.com app: The location provided on the Booking.com app did not lead us to the correct destination, resulting in a 10-minute detour before we decided to use Google Maps and follow its directions instead.
