The location was the best in town: in the very center of this lovely city. The bedroom was ample and very comfortable, let alone clean and furnished in a very cozy way. Breakfast was excellent. I must say that the staff was very friendly and efficient. I had to call during the night for a technical question and the man who answered was so kind and, needless to say, immediately solved the situation. I would recommend this hotel and surely come back from Italy in the future.

The property was central to everything. I loved the morning view on the plaza and on the Black Forest. The room was big, clean and nice.

We had a nice 1-night stay. Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. We had the best scrambled eggs every. My wife burned her toast, and the staff made a funny comment that it is black forest toast. We were in the black forest region, so it is a great location for visiting it. We would stay there again. The a/c was turned off since it was in the 4 degrees Celsius outside, and we opened the window, and it was very pleasant. We thought it would be loud at night, but the town was very quiet.

Breakfast opened at 8. We needed to leave by then which put us late to our next destination. Not having air conditioning meant windows were open and it was noisy at night.

Check-in was easy, staff were great and parking for motorcycles was right outside the door. Room was a good size and perfect for us with lots of motorcycle bags etc. Lift is just inside the front door, so not much lugging arround of bags needed. Lovely location, plenty of restaurants. Would stay again, for sure

Fabulous location - right in the town centre by all the cafés and restaurants. Very friendly staff & really nice airy room. Great breakfast too!

Nothing - the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the only place to park a motorcycle was on the covered pavement outside, but it was safe enough overnight.

on arrival was informed by receptionist that there was no parking for our motorcycles. and directed to underground car park close by. informed him that it was closed due to building work. spoke later with female reception very helpful and parked outside the hotel

great location in the heart of the town square and all the restaurants and bars. Warm welcome and easy parking if you are on a motorcycle or bike.

The lift!! You have to choose the floor before getting in or it takes you to ground level with no way of opening the doors until someone else calls it.

The location was excellent as was the included breakfast!

We had some issues with access to the building which turned out pretty simple to resolve, but it wasn’t explained to us at check-in.

Town centre with motorcycle parking out the front albeit not covered and in the street but felt safe, fantastic breakfast and the owner speaks perfect English, the town of freudenstadt is beautiful but very very very quiet which suited us perfectly, good value hotel, so good we stayed a 2nd night
