The room was very nice, breakfast was wonderful and staff very polite and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Our only quibble was that at our meal in the evening we asked for tap water and was given a bottle of water. We were then subsequently charged €6.20 on our check out, we thought this was very expensive for water.

First. Receptionists were abovre reprooch,, extremly friendly and helpful All were perfect. Miss Stella and Miss Ome, were very human. They spoke very professionell, extremely helpful and friendly Miss Stella, was not only friendly, helpful to my wife and I, but showed the highest degree of Respect to each and every Person who entered the eating fasicility. Everyo e received Miss Stella's Personal Touch of professionism.The meals were of highest quality, optically pleasant to the eyes. Everything Was in its place. The Restaurant was spotless, all food safety percautions were followed. We observed Miss Stella helping several handicapped, elderly patrons with love and affection.. Miss Stella treated everyone as if they were her family. A rare compassion in these trying time. The Wellness Center had a well cared for swimming Pool, Sauna and games room. We bot bow to Miss Stella and Ome. All other staff members of this Establishment presented and exhibitted the same professionalism.

It is beautiful. I had an appointment at the hospital and it's directly across the road. Staff are super nice. Food in Restaurant is good and breakfast excellent. They have a butter dispenser which gives you the usual slices of butter without the packaging - cool. Balcony with beautiful view..

There wasn't a kettle & tea/coffee tray in the room. The lack of one may be usual in Germany ( none in my other hotel either) bit getting up before the breakfast opened I missed it. Would be easy to improve!

We came with family so we got rooms with share door. The pool and mini golf were nice for the kids and us. Also, the sauna is well maintained. The stuff in the reception ws great gave us a card for free activities in the black forest. The bar in the hotel is nice. We will definitely come back if we are in this area.

The stuff in the breakfast room is not really atand to the customer. We find ourselves each time looking for fork or coffee...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the meals. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

The massages weren't very good and the hotel charged 6 Euro to use bathrobes.

Everything! Pool was amazing, food was great, facilities also, no complaints. Staff very polite and helpful :)

Idk maybe to find a way for outside pool to open it in winter time

We loved this cosy property which is so characteristic of the Black Forest region. A tad vintage but in a good sense. Cosy rooms with comfy beds, bar with a good selection of drinks, rich breakfasts made up for a really pleasant stay. They made our dogs feel at home which was a pleasant addition (I'd say, however, that the EUR10/day/dog is excessive). Staff is genuinely lovely.

Needs to be adapted to people with walking difficulties, especially those wheelchair-bound. The pet fee seems somewhat excessive.

We liked it, we've enjoyed our weekend there. In general, it was OK. The room was clean, the breakfast was good but fewer sortiments than last year.

You had to pay the bathrobes, there were no slipers and no fridge.

The interior of the hotel was very well maintained
