Beautiful place and so we’ll run. Staff were incredible and the breakfast is rhetorical best thing I have ever seen! It is expensive but it’s very nice. The spa pool we had use of was incredible too and the kids could also use. We had a small issue with noise one night that was actually external and outside of the staff’s control which I understood in the end. I was very happy with how the staff dealt with it, very well Mannered The hotel is only a short drive to Santander which is a lovely city, if you have a car. We did this each evening and paid only about 5/6 euros to park in the city for an evening out

I’d like to have been able to use the sauna etc too I’d like a coffee maker in my room I think free parking should be included for hotel residents in the underground car park

Breakfast was super, my kids loved the pastries, hot chocolate and fruit salads. Lots of options for all ages. The thermal spa was amazing, we all spent so much time there. The outdoor pool was fabulous too. The treatment area was lovely too, my facial was very relaxing. The yoga classes and room are a wonderful facility.

Coffee machines at breakfast used pods, would love to see the hotel use a more sustainable alternative.

The room we had was lovely, with eucalyptus trees outside the balcony. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful. The thermal spa was lovely, a nice way to spend a couple hours. The food was tremendous, rate the restaurant very highly.

We were really disappointed that you had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to use the extra services in the wellness area, simple things like hot and cold therapy pool and sauna. Our room though, was covered in ants through to the bathroom and the free parking area that's 200m away in a dirt yard (not great for your luggage wheels) had no security or cameras, so we had to pay extra to park in the hotel carpark for peace of mind. The fridge didn't work, they did come and replace it.

We chose this this due to the closeness of Santander port. The facilities at the hotel, electric car charger, safe parking under the hotel, very spacious and pleasant rooms. The most impressive thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. Wow this was exceptional! Having travelled through Spain many times, staying in various hotels, this was by far the best for us. I had missed my healthy breakfasts, and got everything and more here. If you don't want healthy, usual fried, pastries etc is available too! The selection was just fantastic.

We had a walk around the town, nothing much to see, but the hotel was chosen for an overnight stay due to the closeness to the port at Santander. Didn't use the Spa facilities as only there for an evening and felt wouldn't get the benefit - the cost of the Spa was 35e, so couldn't use the pool just for a swim, was a bit disappointed. Next time we will aim to get there early and get full use of facilities.

Breakfast was great. Good selection of buffet food and eggs cooked to your liking.

Our room had a bit of a stuffy smell, better when we opened the windows. There was a huge crack in the sink in the bathroom and a leak underneath it. The hand soap and body lotion was empty too. A little tired looking in places but we enjoyed our night stay. and the spa facilities.

Free parking is not a good option (far from entrance and dangerous with children to cross a tunnel) so you must pay 12€/day for their premium parking inside hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Pretty quiet location. Parking is good. We used their EV charger, which worked well. Breakfast very good. Restaurant was very good, prices reasonable. The spa is outstanding. We spent an extra night. For a memorable meal, walk across the street and down to La Tienda de Pedro Garcia. (Perhaps you should reserve a table).

Nothing.

It was very clean, smelled amazing. It looks grand, like you step into history, really great looking place.

Too many rules. Children had 2 times a day they could be in the pool, I found it unreasonable, my child was a teenager and very well behaved, yet, she could not stay longer. The free parking lot was behind the hotel, but to access it, you have to go through a narrow underpass with no sidewalk. And the parking lot was semi-wild, really an open space under a highway. The village itself - nothing to do really.

Peace and quiet.

AC not good for cooling the room had to ask twice before maintenance were sent to review. The “free” mini bar, is two small bottles of Solares mineral water per day, so I’d suggest managing expectations on that one. Reception don’t explain the services & the price policy adequately.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Room comfortable and quiet. Lots of facilities and enjoyable walks nearby.

The poached eggs were raw for breakfast and crepes had so much chocolate sauce you couldn't taste anything else. A pity because the breakfast had so many great choices.
