The car park was very big, no problem parking near the hotel. The room and en suite bathroom were lovely. The bar was good.

The restaurant could have been presented so much better. It was self-service with the option of ordering items from a menu, but the meal we chose was not available, they had run out. There was not much else that we fancied. However, the breakfast was much better. We felt that it could have been better presented, the restaurant seemed like that of a hostel. In fact the food was good quality, but the staff were not around much.

Staff is supercharming and most attentive! Client's problems are addressed swiftly and immediately resolved if there is any possibility to do so (safe didn't work and was replaced within minutes). Meals you can get in the cafe (restaurant was very busy and I didn't want to wait that long) are easily adapted to your needs (I don't know about gluten, lactose or other intolerances, but my veggie meal (there are not many, but a huge percentage of this country (Spain) is slow with this topic ...) was changed according to my preferences without any problem. Room cleaning and specially laundry service was superfast!

Communication doesn't seem to work too well: reception did not give the same information about time management in the premium spa (20 minutes for each of the 3 types of bath) as I received once in there (free choice of how long to stay in each pool, including repetition and/or not using one or two); the (baths&massage) circuit I reserved had to be split, because some information got lost between reception and bath staff; while trying to book directly, reception insisted on 14 days advance (I called the day before) and didn't mention the option of trying via Booking.com (I finally booked -via Booking.com- only 16 hours before arriving at the hotel). Shower water thermostat worked poorly. I remember one badly worn out baseboard corner, and several wallpaper corners lifting.

The location was perfect for the Rallye Festival Hoznayo, the rooms were spoiltlessly clean, the atmosphere was good, the service and amenities were exceptional and the Spanish people were very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Viva España 🥰😍

The room was very big, unusual, unique and fun to stay in. It had a jacuzzi, an extra room and was designed in such an interesting style. For the price it was great.

It was on a busy road which in the photos doesn’t show. So the photos were somewhat misleading, they made it look like it was more in the country.

A lovely hotel in an excellent quiet location with stunning views. Very traditionally Spanish and I would recommend anyone to stay there. The staff were very helpful.

Staff were very good. Our room was above a celebration area and a wedding was in progress. On contacting reception, the staff moved us to an apartment in another area at no extra charge.

Good variety of foods.

The only thing I did not like was not being able to drink my coffee with my dessert after dinner, I was told there is a rule about it. It's the first time and place that have that rule and I don't understand why, it was a let down because I always have them together so I don't put any sugar in my coffee.

The staff were very helpful and polite. We were allowed to check in early which was a bonus. The room was huge, very clean and had air-conditioning. Not much of a view but not over looked, much. The bathroom was large and had a shower that would please the fussiest person. Dinner was very good and plentiful and breakfast was the same. I'd have quite happily stayed longer if there was more to my interest in the area but it was a stop over on the way to the ferry we were on the next day.

As always with accommodation in built up areas, opening the windows allows for noise pollution to enter the room but as there was air conditioning in the room, this wasn't an issue. Nothing really to complain about.

great hotel in lovely location , easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean , comfortable room . Excellent facilities. Free use of spa which had small pools, jacuzzis, sauna and power showers which was lovely( need to wear swimming cap which we purchased from hotel). Excellent buffet evening meal with show cooking and wide selection, wine/water included - excellent value. Hotel located in small town with a few restaurants/ bars, shop, supermarket and 3 petrol stations. During our 1 night stay there was a wedding at the hotel but room still quiet. Great location before catching Santander ferry(20-30 minutes from ferry port) - would use hotel again.
