Perfect location for my trip / purpose. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful staff - Mirella and Flavio. Super super clean, well equipped room. Mirella and Flavio able to help with the restaurants within walking distance and getting around. They really did take a great care! Also, advised free, safe parking. Located in quiet part of Sanremo I slept very well. Nice, clean bathroom. Very well functioning WIFI with no glitches at all! Loved the place!

Great room like an apartment with kitchen and all facilities. Great quality/price. 10€ parking and very nice couple who rents these apartments. Very good communication at all times. Water bottle, coffee machine and several breakfast treats in the room.

Check out at 10am. I would have prefered a little later but since we also had to travel early it was ok. If you don't have a car, it's a 30 minutes walk from the city center.

The staff was exceptionally kind, we got a large room with small kitchen and bathroom. There was mineral water prepared in the fridge and we got a coffee machine with 2 capsule for the morning. Although we arrived very late, they were flexible. We got dedicated parking place and they were prepared for the two dogs we had.

A very essential, 5 room property but everything works properly if you are not spending too much time at the hotel. Very easy access, not far away (less than 7 minutes) from the best car wash in the whole Liguria. Therefore I did not use the parking facilities of the hotel. The room is of a good size, silent, good however small bathroom, good shower.

The TV channel choice is very, very limited: three Italian channels and one French. No breakfast at the hotel, yet they provide tea/coffee marmalade and toasted bread in the room. But you need not to worry as you are 8 minutes walk away from a bar and greengrocer.

The host was very kind and friendly, parking place was excellent! The room was ok, bathroom was great. The complimentary water was a nice touch.

We were on a bike tour and could store our bikes on the terrace .Simple room with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. The place was overall clean and cozy. Shower and other bathroom amenities were top notch.

Sound insulation was not really there. The parking space was a little bit uncomfortable and sketchy, but still functional.
