We have stayed at this location several times through the years since it opened, when we can get a reservation. Sometimes last minute travel makes rooms close to this location difficult to find. This is a great location for us due to the proximity to Galveston, NASA, shopping and our family. The staff and facilities are always reliable and clean, and the breakfast is better than most.

The TP in the bathrooms is terrible. I understand that this may be to discourage theft, but it forces you to BYO.

The breakfast was a plus and the location was excellent, my husband was having surgery at UTMB and the hotel was right next door.

From now on I will ALWAYS video or take pictures of my room before checking out! I was accused of breaking the mirror on the closet door. I am a VERY honest person if that had of happened I would have told the front desk. I looked in that very mirror walking out of that room upon checking out this morning at 11:00 it had NO cracks or breaks of any kind!!! 😡 I am pretty sure I will be charged for a housekeeping error!!

We stayed here during a baseball at the nearby Ballpark at League City. The location was great, just across the highway from the ballpark, with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. It is an extremely clean hotel (rooms, lobby, public restroom, etc), very quiet, and most importantly the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. As our first baseball game on Sunday was not until 3 PM, they not only accommodated a late check out, but allowed us to come back between games and hang out in their air conditioned lobby after we did check out. While we were hanging out in the lobby, the manager had pizzas delivered for all of his staff. It was great to see him, taking care of his hard-working employees!

We were surprised about HOW clean the hotel was, and especially how clean our room was. The bed was comfortable too. The room and bathroom were very clean. There weren't a lot of kids there, which can make a big difference, but it was quiet, nobody loud in the hallway at all.

Nothing comes to mind other than I like my scrambled eggs soft scrambled, but that's just me! The breakfast bar was very nice. I loved the mini blueberry scones!

The overall structure is very good and the room is clean. Good size bathroom and great shower. Really like the fact that the room had a microwave and small fridge.

A weird smell in the room, not strong, but enough cause a reaction when you enter the room every time.

The whole experience was great, it was my kid's first time at a hotel and they thought it was amazing!. Stevie who checked us in was so helpful, as was the rest of the staff. The breakfast was great, the crew that was maintaining the breakfast and the dining room were so helpful and kind. The pool was great, the workout room was great, overall we had more fun at the hotel that we did on our outings

Good acoustic insulation helped during our stay. Our room was next to the elevator, but the noise wasn't noticeable. The room was equipped with a microwave which is nice. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs, sausages and pancakes, as well as lighter foods such as fruit, yoghurts, cereals and pastries.

The shower curtain was a bit short.

We loved our stay here. We arrived late and loved that there was staff at the front desk and we didn't have to go looking for anyone. They had several luggage carts available as well. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing we did not love was the breakfast. We really didn't like any of it, including the muffins. My husband thought the eggs were good, but they were made with green/red peppers which we aren't fans of. The breakfast was included in our stay though, so it wasn't that big of a deal that we didn't like it.

Everything comma wish there had been more fruit at the breakfast. There is only bananas one day and apples and bananas another day, oranges would have been nice

Not having an exhaust fan switch in the bathroom, there's one in the ceiling, but switch plate covered it.That's really almost necessary to have.

Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Mom required assistance with AC; room was awesomely cold, but too much for mom. Clerk showed up quickly to help reset the thermostat and brought a heater and extra blankets "just in case".

There was a situation requiring police involvement; noisy and a little scary because we didn't know what was happening. It was taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. We realize the hotel had no fault in this and commend them for having to deal with situations like those.
