We loved our stay at Park Hotel Tsinandali Estate! The indoor pool under the glass roof was magical—My daughter especially enjoyed splashing in the warm water surrounded by green vines. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with lovely views. Every morning the breakfast buffet offered fresh bread, fruit, cheeses and hot dishes. The hotel gardens and walking paths through the estate were perfect for a family stroll, fun and educational. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely kind to my little girl.
The only drawbacks were that dinner options at the hotel restaurant were somewhat limited. Not little children taste oriented. Overall, though, these were minor issues in an otherwise wonderful stay!

The location is perfect! It is right on a side of Chavchavadze estate and park. The rooms a re small but each one has a small balcony. The best thing is that staying in this hotel one can use the facilites of Radisson including a very nice pool. Over the corner from this hotel there is a places ofender by one of the nuggets wine producers “Shumi”. In this place there is a very nice restaurant where you can also take master classes ofender preparing local food. you can baje a very nice tour and wine tasting.
The design of the hotel is a bit specific, specially the color of the rio walls. It is quite a quest to find your room: there are no signes and also the room numbers are written on the floor (I couldn’t see the numbers u till I asked one of the employees).

Location is great, staff was very nice and friendly. One could feel that it was in Kakheti region, we had lots of Churchkhelas for breakfast, was just great.
Actually there was a weird rule from hotel management(at least to me): one could get a bottle of drinking water only on the first day, no matter how long you have stayed, with or without kids. If you wanted more, you had to buy it and the price was unbelievable high for a bottle of water.

Wonderful location, beautiful views. Private parking. Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient bathrooms. Wonderful pool, just a short walk away through the picturesque Tsinandali estate park. Drying racks on the balcony. Good breakfast.
1. Stink bugs (Halyomorpha halys) in 2 of the 3 rooms our family booked, as well as in the lobby. They don’t bite or anything, they aren’t dangerous to humans — but they do stink, and it’s not what we expected in a 4-star hotel. 2. Only 2 clothes hangers per room. 3. The restaurant in the lobby isn’t very good for lunch/dinner for Georgian standards, and definitely overpriced. Bad communication on behalf of restaurant staff.

The bonus of staying at Park Hotel is that it is in Tsinandali Estate. This estate is a treat to the eyes. A walk in the estate in the morning, makes you feel like a rich english person. The cobbled-pathways, the golden-brown maple leaves strewn across the grounds, the Manor and the wine-storage, is all an amazing experience. The highlight has to be the in-door swimming pool, which Park Hotel shares with the Radisson Collection Hotel at this estate. We got lucky to have visited a week before Christmas, when the whole estate was glittering and glimmering bright. About the room, it was spacious and with an amazing big balcony!
There should be 24/7 carts between the estate and the hotel.

Great value, and nicer in real life than photos. Comfortable room with everything needed. Short nice walk to Shumi wine estate (lovely gardens wine tour, tasting & lunch), or short walk to Tsinadali estate with museum, nice gardens and nice restaurant. Swimming pool there is amazing too, great views from the pool!
Graffiti style decor is a bit “squat” vibes, lol.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff - we were a family of four and we had to stay in two separate rooms, however, the hotel gave us the connecting rooms and it made the whole experience much better. The hotel is located near the museum estate with a big garden - walking in the garden during a warm fall weather was a bliss. We got to play pickleball on the tennis court, table tennis in the basement, swim and have nice meals. Overall a very nice getaway for kids' school break.
I think there could be a room for improvement on breakfast variety, especially on the healthy food part. Also, it might not be related to the hotel specifically, but we felt the smell of burnt leaves very often and it was quite unpleasant.

Magnificent location, near the beautiful park of Tsinandali. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff. The room was a normal size and the bed was comfortable. Access to Radisson's big and very nice pool. Also, with a museum tour, wine tasting (we paid extra)
We did not like the view from the room, as well as the hygiene products in the room, soap, shower gel and shampoo. There was no conditioner or lotion. We also didn't find a robe and slippers, although they brought them after we asked. The staff was very attentive and kind.

The breakfast was ample and varied, nothing extraordinary, but adequate for a European 3* hotel. There was enough space, enough time, and the dining space was not crowded. All-day restaurant was also very satisfactory, fairly priced, and cosy. The location on the verge of the Chavchavadzes estate is good. What is really great about this hotel is the access to Radisson's facilities including an excellent swimming pool, two restaurants, and the beautiful grounds.
The hotel features some questionable interior design and is emphatically generic. The territory is planned in a way in which you can mostly see a car park and a few trees (and all this in the middle of the stunning Kakheti landscape). If you are not staying there as a part of a bigger Kakheti tour, the number of things that you can do is very limited: the pool, Radisson's two restaurants, the Chavchavadze Museum tour, and a walk to Shumi winery just around the corner. Free bicycle rental is unnecessarily complicated and you can only ride within the grounds, which are not very suitable for it and too small.

Went to the hotel with my better half. The bed was awesome, just slept and didn't want to wake up. The place was beautiful, and there was this five-star hotel nearby that was open for us. Pool, restaurants – everything was top-notch. Service was great, totally satisfied. Recommend!
We really liked the hotel's vibe. But, the street lighting could be a bit brighter, and we spotted some repair stuff and building mess around. The breakfast was okay, but maybe more options would be cool. Still, we didn't go hungry and the team's doing their best.
