Customer service was exceptional!! Amazing staff and very accommodating given my unforeseen circumstances and changes that had to be made in the last minute. I would like to take this time to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and management team for going above and beyond in looking after me and ensuring I was ok. Given the crazy ordeal I had encounter in being scammed by a rental car company that caused so much stress and added financial loss, with all my plans not going according to what I had envisioned, however Island Accommodation Team played an amazing part in helping calm my stress levels down. They all showed exceptional customer service and went out of your way to try and accommodate for my needs and requirements and for that reason I say thanks and am truly grateful!! I am in a county on my own without my family, so this was stressful as it was. And then to be scammed by a rental company, left a sour taste in my mouth about this visit to Fiji. And all o wanted to do was jump back on a plane and head home, however, the flawless customer service Island Accommodated Team provided, allowed me to see Fiji for what its true beauty is. And I will not allow the inconsiderate behaviour of an individual or individuals to ruin my prospective of Fiji. As these idiots are a small minority. So thank you!! From the front of house staff to the house keeping team and all those that work for Island Accommodation that helped make my stay in Suva as comfortable as it possibly can be, I say thanks!! The property and room were extremely private and quiet . The was AC in the room which was excellent. Very happy . The room was also huge . I was solo but 3 people could easily stay in it a week. Great pressure to the shower

Could have done with a mini fridge if possible. Not saying that it had to have one. But just looking at mil or things to improve. No to and phone was also unusual but I liked it.

Was very clean and the staff were great. The location was great - easily able to walk into the city and other locations when needed. Breakfast was also very good and readily available.

A light that was constantly on outside my bedroom meant that it was never dark and therefore was difficult to sleep.

The staff are absolutely fantastic and very accomodating. The facilities in the house were great, there is a full kitchen to cook and a really good breakfast is provided every morning. It is in a quiet location only a short walk or taxi from town.

We enjoyed the great breakfast which varied each day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with large shared communal space and a swimming pool.

Some bedside tables would be helpful.

Staff was very accommodating to all my requests and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as it was. I was going to book an expensive hotel for my stay in Suva, but no rooms were available for my dates. It was a blessing in disguise. Not only was Island Accom inexpensive, it was ideal for my stay. Thank you to all staff especially Sharon on front desk.

If only I could have stayed a few more days

The rooms and accommodation were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served in a communal fashion and enjoyable with sufficient variety.

It can get a little loud as you can hear anyone in the corridor or outside the rooms.

I couldn't work out how to get the hot water to work in the shower, but it didn't really matter. It is bit of a walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was a communal affair met many folks from different places. Room was clean and well appointed.

Without our own transport location could be a problem.
