Nice air con in the room in the hot weather. Black out shutters were good and made the room very dark for sleeping. Very convenient for local food and entertainment in the big square. Pharmacy locally open to 10pm on a Saturday evening and very close to the sea and beach.

Lack of drinks facilities within the room (although there is an empty fridge), unable to get cold water in tap (very tepid) so had to purchase cold water in bottles from reception. Shower cubicle only suitable for very slim people, I struggled to get in and out and never had this problem anywhere else in the world where I have stayed.

Great location in Pozzallo. We arrived by ferry and happily stayed for 4 nights. Manager Francesco was friendly, helpful and professional and always willing to assist. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet was well-presented, fresh and tasty. We would certainly recommend. Convenient for the Malta ferry terminal. Pozzallo a relaxing spot to pass a few days.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The room was comfortable, nicely appointed in the classical style and larger than the usual hotel room. Francesco, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and more than sufficient. The location was great for cafes, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel is in an easy, mostly flat walking area. Highly recommended.

Very friendly welcoming staff. We requested the same room, because we loved it on out last stay. The location is superb, we have a side sea view from our room. Just minutes from the beach, close to a love garden, good cafes and restaurants.

Nothing, everything was great.

We stayed here for 1 night to catch the early morning ferry to Malta. The hotel is right in the middle of town and is only one street from the water. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations and also booking the taxi to the ferry for us.

It was extremely central, 15 euros by taxi from the port close to shops restaurants and Pietrenere beach ,clean. The staff were lovely the rooms and bathroom big. The flushing original.

The security door near the room was huge and made of extremely thick metal and the lift

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was large with lovely wooden shutters, one almost looking to the sea nearby. Location was convenient but small town so anywhere was walking distance. Highly recommend Alfredo Bistrot located right around the corner.

The pillows were not comfortable and the breakfast was very basic. A bit pricey for off season

The hotel is literally bang in the centre near all the restaurants and the beach. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated. There is also a small gated private parking at a charge.

Conveniently located in downtown just two steps away from the beach. Very kind and helpful host. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. A pharmacy and a convenience store just a few minutes away.
