Good Clean not far from centre and Hakata Station. Price olso was good.

Self cheking after 3 pm but check out before 10 . Not option for early cheking i was travel all night.

no breakfast. luckily there are convenience stores nearby and the hotel provides a microwave. overall the hotel entrance is quite confusing. but the hotel signboard can be seen from the main road which provides us some assurance to find the hotel since the locals are unable to converse english well. the hotel is an unmanned hotel (no receptionist), but the person in charge (via video call) is able to converse english well.

there is no ironing station (facility) provided on the premise. the fridge is very small.

very goood value for money, in such area I think it is yhe best option!

First of all the location adress is very messy, had to walk in the circles, because goole maps showed absolutely different building, even the neighbours from the balcony showed were to go, which means that I was not the first one who missed whete to go. Also the AC was maling really big noise time by time.:(

Property has most everything you need. Internet works, air-conditioned rooms. There is no staff on-site, so if you need extra towels or have any questions it can get a bit complicated. Great value for money. Location good as well.

Lack of trash cans.. lobby doesn’t have one, and the trash bins in the rooms are tiny. With the lack of trash cans outside, surely there must be a bigger bin to dispose trash in??

Loved the area great and well worth the place to stay at for the price

The elevator had a stench so foul I wanted to throw up every SINGLE time I went in. It smelled like rotten fish that had been set out in the sun then washed with dirty socks and left in the elevator. Not to mention some tongue smudge left on the mirrors in the elevator. Finding the property was also very difficult at first.

Fully digitalized hotel, but easy to check in. You have to pay an extra fee of 200 yen per person per night at the location. Bed is kinda small, but the room with two beds is absolutely great. Good value for money.

It is a great hotel for the price you pay, bathroom is a bit out of time, tv did not work. But these are not the important things for us, We enjoyed our stay.

it was conveniently located in a quiet area, we basically heard nothing during the night. everything was clean and the had some on demand movies. microwave downstairs. check in was easy and we could store our bikes.

rooms were on the small size but still pretty good for Japanese standards. bed was hard-ish but as above still okay for Japanese standards

Very nice and easy to find hotel. Easy check-in progress. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not too far from 7-11, family mart and lawson and about a 5 minute walk from nearest busstop. Maybe a 15 minute walk to Hakata port. Great!
