Apartment was generous size wize

1. The Development / Apartment Tablet is Bright and keeps the apartment bright when the lights are all turned off. --- How do you turn off that tablet.. It's annoying. 2. The Exhaust Fan above the Kitchen Sink is very noisy and is running 24x7... How do you turn it off? It disturbed my sleep. 3. The Freezer is also quite noisy. So between the Freezer Noise, the Exhaust Fan (Kitchen) Noise and the Control / Facilities Tablet being ON / BRIGHT all night, it was a bit hard to sleep...

I liked that there were 3 beds so my family could share the same room, and that the toilet and shower are separated, so 2 ppl can do different things at once. I also liked that they had washer in the accoms and a heater for the shower area which makes it easy for clothes to dry even in winter. The location was also convenient, the place was clean and not difficult to use the e-check in. Value for money!

My 89 year old mom is from Hakata and this was her last visit. Her family lives in Hakata and near Itoshima. We loved having our own place in a vibrant but quiet neighborhood. We shopped at the AEONMax and Lawson's (all within blocks). There's a yummy french Bakery Nasan and we'd walk to other parts of the city along the river. The apartment was well equipped with modern appliances. We used the washing machine but also loved going to the 24 hour SAVON laundry a few blocks away (we had lunch while our laundry was getting done). Our relatives were very impressed when they came to visit and marveled at what a reasonable price it was to rent for 26 days. When I go back I will definitely stay here and have told anyone who would listen about our wonderful home away from home.

It was unfortunate that we asked for a few extra rolls of toilet paper (as we were staying there for almost a month) and were told to buy our own.

Lovely stay, close to many paid parkings, can park overnight for as low as 200 yen per night. Also a supermarket close by too within 300m.

The bathroom has some smell when we first check in, we have to on the exhaust to high fan all the time during our stay to avoid the smell.

Kitchen to cook

Washing machine dryer function did not work. There are 3 double beds for a single room, but they are all not big doubles, they could be 2 bigger beds. Also if there is room for 6 ppl to sleep, then there are not enough towels or space to sit.. it's a bit not clear why 3 double beds for 2 or 4 people. No one really to talk to directly since it's an automatic hotel, but that's ok.

Loved the location for our purpose. It was easy to get to and plenty of facilities around. I really liked we didn’t have to worry about a key to get in! Facilities were clean and well appointed.

As we were there for 10 nights, some extra toilet paper and a drying rack for clothes would have been handy. Minor but would have been good to have.

Easy check in and check out. The beds were big enough to accommodate us. Nearby supermarket and convenience store

The space (e.g sitting area) was small for 6 adults with bags. There was no ironing board.

The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. It was well equipped and clean.

The unmanned checkin process suits only the hotel not the guest. The clothes, after 3 hours in the dryer, we’re still wet with no way of drying. Lots of electronics so lights coming on and off automatically which was a problem in the night if one of us got up.

Spacious and clean

I was a bit worried about the electronic check in but it was straightforward. An English translation for the washing machine would have been useful as google translate didn’t work. Needed an outside aider/ clothes horse. A spare bin bag needed as we were there over a week.

The room is spacious by Japanese standards, offering plenty of space for a family of five, along with all the necessary amenities.

Would have been better if there is a daily or scheduling cleaning.
