Very good value for money. We will definitely stay there again. We stayed for 8 days in a room with 2 Queen beds. Nicely renovated room with nice shower with hot water, comfortable beds, pillows, and duvet covers. Monali was very sweet and helpful. Convenient vending machine with snacks, sodas, and very cold water. Walking distance to my daughter and Castro street where all the restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are. Free parking right outside of our room which was very practical since we had 5 suitcases. Continental breakfast and a coffee machine that had different selection of coffee. I would have a bagel with cream cheese and a yummy mochaccino. There is a coffee machine in the room too. Housekeeping every day which was nice. Request for a back room so you do not have the noise from the street.

Be aware of the little noise from a/c and fridge. We just turned them off.

The room was very clean and quiet. And the bed was comfortable. We stayed there multiple days and got fresh towels every day, which is especially nice these days! The rain shower in the bathroom was very nice also.

We only ate breakfast here once and had the cereal. They provided apples that day, but I'm not a big apple fan. I did, however, like the coffee machine which had lots of options. The coffee maker in our room didn't work, but since there was coffee in the breakfast room, it didn't matter.

Location: close to Castro St. Perfect if you need to be downtown Mountain View. Convenient parking on the premises. Feels secure. Super clean. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly.

Generally speaking nice breakfast to start a day. But more choice (bagels, cream cheese, eggs) would be appreciated. And a better coffee brewed on site, not from the machine.

The location is a prime location close to everything with a very tranquil feel. The shower was unexpectedly nice. Bed was very comfortable and linens were in excellent condition.

Did hear some talking, not sure if it was from outside or the neighboring room, but it subsided and the night was peaceful. The heater/air conditioner made some periodic clicking noise which made me turn it off, but otherwise very nice stay.

The location was very good for our short visit to Mountainview and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The property seems to have been recently upgraded significantly. The bathrooms were equipped with a very nice shower. The breakfast was good though limited in selection. Parking was good and secure. Good value for the price we paid.

We found that the windows let in a fair amount of noise from passing vehicles on the street and conversations of guests in the hallways. The breakfast room was a bit small and on one morning it was "taken over" by a group of guests so that other guests had difficulty accessing the coffee dispenser and other items.

Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was nice and bed was comfy and clean. Easy, free parking.

Housekeeping hadn't cleaned the toilet. I always do a "cleanliness check" when I get to a hotel and disinfect high contact surfaces with hand wipes, in case a place doesn't do that already. When I lifted the toilet lid, it looked like a little bit of poo on the seat. I got it off with a handwipe, but then when I lifted the toilet seat cover and saw some "splatters" in the bowl, I could tell they hadn't cleaned it. However, the front desk responded immediately and sent someone to clean it. Everything else looked clean.

The Bathroom very clean (one of the best during my stay in SF area) and it has good/strong water pressure. Free parking and breakfast also good. good coffee machine inside your room, and they also provide laundry machine with coin and you can buy the detergent in front lobby.

No elevator, if you bring lot of luggage you need to use stair.

Location great to walk to Mountain View shops and restaurants. We had a room in the back that was quiet. Rooms were updated and clean.

Breakfast was advertised as “continental” so we didn’t expect much. But it was very limited and the coffee in the machine was awful. We used the machine in the room.

The rooms seemed to have been remodeled recently. They looked modern, clean and in new like condition. The room had reasonable space. Everything worked and the room had even a coffee machine with coffee pods to choose from. The WiFi was good for the office work I did on it. The room was quite and there was no noise from any neighbors. The location is very convenient and close to downtown Mountain View and office campuses around. The staff was nice, but I didn't need to interact much.

The heating and air conditioning device was loud as usual. This is the same per unit, in unit air ventilator system that all hotels like this have and all of them have the same issue that it is too loud for me to sleep with it on. The room temp just is what it is for me as I can't use that thing.

The room is cheap, clean and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and with a bit of effort also shopping. This is not to be underestimated, as the urban planning of American cities, and the placement of motels especially so, strongly favours automobility as the sole method of getting around. Especially the bath room is good, with a shower proper instead of a bath tub. Also, the shower has a rainfall head, which is always appreciated.

The breakfast is definitively underwhelming. Would appreciate an opt-out, which if I remember correctly was not marketed.
