We had a two bedroom apartment, view of the mosque and the sea in the distance. Everything from check in to check out was excellent, the whole family had fallen ill just before we arrived here which was a shame as we couldn't do the activities we had planned in Sur and ended up staying in our apartment, there is a health clinic with a pharmacy which was really handy, the breakfast was really good and plenty of it but the best thing was the staff, always greeting us with a smile and when ever we requested anything it would be done straight away.

Nothing really, we enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel at a convenient location. Parking available just in front of the hotel (go around the fuel station). The center is just a couple of minutes. The hotel is very nice and clean. Our family room was very large and well furnished. Even including a kitchen corner. But we did not use it as there's an excellent restaurant within the complex. Breakfast was very good and we also went for dinner to the restaurant and were very happy with the good. This hotel and the restaurant are one of the best places we stayed in Oman and would be happy to return one day.

The reception staff was extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not great but good to spend a night or two. We had 2 rooms booked an 2 bedroom apartment and 1 single room. The best part is their staff reception and housekeeping. They are very helpful.

Kitcshen was available but not equipped, as in dishes/bowls and cutlery were missing. Microwave was available which was all we required. But it would've been nice to have some dishes etc.

Very nice hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Sur. It is well located near the Corniche. The hotel is way better in real life than on pictures, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception and the entrance hall are fancy, and the rooms are spacious. There’s a parking just in front of the hotel entrance and a bank just near by. Breakfast is quite simple but it does the trick. It was only for one night but I will definitely come back if I’m in Sur again.

The man on reception was very friendly and kind. We asked for water and he got some delivered to our room. Despite being on a road we weren’t disturbed by the noise. Huge comfy bed and nice warm shower. Towels provided. We had a kitchen too with cutlery, pans, plates etc provided which was great. Really spacious rooms, great value for money! Parking is right outside and easy to find. WiFi is pretty good too.

Needed more toilet roll and need a towel in the kitchen for drying up. Could do with a lamp on the bedside table as well. Also we only had 1 mug so 2 would have been better. But these are all just minor things - would defo stay again!

Staffs were all very nice and well mannered. The hotel is located beautifully as you get petrol station within 200-300 meters, restaurants at walking distance (one of the restaurants are from the hotel itself with separate entry as well, Zaki Restaurant) and almost every facilities are very close.

Breakfast was a disappointment as they serve it cold. They also have a fixed menus for everyday with one daal, one thick gravy bland vegetable in South Indian style, paratha, bhature and some pastries. And all are cold. Funny thing is, they have the pots with electric heater, but all are in non-working conditions. Second thing was the towels they provide had big noticeable stains—almost in every towels which puts you off.

We were really pleased with this choice. We had a two bedroom 'apartment'. It did have a small kitchen but actually we didn't use this. The rooms were big and bathrooms, en-suite, good. The breakfast was excellent. And all this for a very modest price. The meal we had in the restaurant which is part of the complex was outstanding. Fresh grilled fish and rice and salad - really as good as I've eaten. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

The kitchen was there but almost nothing in it. So a few basic items might have been useful if you were going to use it. We didn't but a family might have wanted too.

For the price nothing

Friendly staff, just off one of the main roads into Sur and easy to get in and out (as not in the ‘scenic’ part of the town nearer the lighthouse). Spacious, well-lit room and decent breakfast offered. Good choice for a short leisure visit to Sur.

Double room converted from a twin room, so the bed headrests did not line up, and not a double mattress but two singles pushed together.

Based on our demands of lunch and breakfast was good. The restaurant is known and famous in the region for good food, such as frying, cooking and grilling in all Indian, Arab and Asian restaurants. In addition to the coffee shop and fresh juices.

It's not I don't like it. It is a suggestion to wish the numbering of the floors when using the elevator to know the guest at any stage of the floor, as I have encountered more than once in any floor now about the pressure of one of the guests asking for the elevator. I hope that there is a number, that is, for each floor according to the stage, so that the elevator user can know on which floor he is in the case of opening a door.
