Great vista of the sea, albeit a couple blocks away. The hotel room is arranged with 2 others in a semi apartment setting (communal kitchen), but it's entirely private otherwise. Facilities were great and the host even brought a tray to make coffee and tea in my room. There are several restaurants nearby and a big grocery store cattycorner to the hotel. There is a highway right in front, but as it was Ramadan, there was no traffic. The AC works great and there's plenty of hot water. The room is large and nicely adorned.

We got a huge room with three separate comfy beds. The A/C was very powerful, the room was cold as desired. Our room was clean and featured a big washroom and a TV with hundreds of Arabic channels and a few English stations. The staff at the receptions was fantastic. The lads even made coffee for us! There was free parking available in front of the building. One interesting thing for me was a blue light bulb in the room which we could turn on. Sur Beach is located not far away, approx. 10 minutes of fast walk. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well.

Breakfast was not available. Tea, coffee or even a kettle wasn't available in our room.

Good accommodation in a really good location. We only stayed for one night but the place was clean enough and the staff were very friendly. Although not the most luxurious, you get what you pay for and we would definitely stay here again!

Although clean enough, a little bit more attention to detail wouldn't do any harm. Also, we were provided a kettle with a two pin, but Oman plug sockets use three pin!

Easy to find and well located close to several restaurants and shops. Bed was big and comfortable. The shower was big and roomy. Great ceiling fan. Paid a better price than I got when booking it here.

Could do better with cleaning. Broken details on TV and AC.

Good size room :)

Cars are parking behind the cars that are parked at the hotel entrance area. We had to find the person who locked us in and that took a while. Hotel staff should be outside and avoiding this or having signs not to park behind parked cars.

The room was clean and comfortable and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Kumar (the owner) is really friendly and he arranged a car and driver for me for the day to visit the wadis and turtle sanctuary at a good price.

The kitchen is shared by 3/4 rooms and has no utensils.

Everything was very good - great localization close to restaurants and shops, spacious room with clean bathroom and hot water, very nice check in process. It was definitely enough for one night stay.

The hotel is well located and not far by car to the beach. The room was regular size with AC, good wifi and everything you need for a confortable stay in Sur.

Not separated shower, so the floor will flood when showering. Not very fancy decoration with huge curtains. However, for the price the hotel is great if you have small budget.

Big room in an area full of restaurants and a shopping mall. Not far from the main touristic spots of the city. Really friendly staff. They brought me complimentary water and tea to the room, an also an iron. Possibility of free parking in front of the hotel.
